No parental controls

This was for my son, so one heck of a way to learn about birds and the bees, or should i say bambi. Cannot block intrnet sites oranything.....really silly, being a family phone. Battery seems shorter than iphone,. It is rugged,cstill working after multiple drop . Cannot upgrade to win 10 yet. Not sure why not.
