I had purchased this phone for myself earlier this year on my carrier account, this review is for the Boost service and phone. This is the phone my nephew picked out after reading reviews and asking me how I liked mine. It was on sale at the time as well. He has no complaints thus far and the Boost service is doing him well. He is paying for everything himself, rare for a 14yr old in this day and age but he bought within his budget and has been very happy. I taught him how to utilize the wifi as to save his data so he could use the cheaper plan option. For a long trip or vacation with a little planning he can get the unlimited for that month and be all set for being away from wifi access and then go back to the lesser plan the following month. I really like the prepaid service thus far and I am strongly considering doing the same.

I love how fast my phone is and how much space I have. The improved camera is also a plus. This phone makes you feel good that you saved hundreds of dollars and you still have a cool upgraded awesome looking phone.

I've only had it for a couple weeks now but I love it.Has a great battery life, the camera takes beautiful pictures, and nice size screen that's not to big for little hands lol.

FOR SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT LIVE ON HIS / HER CELL PHONE ALL DAY, THIS PHONE IS PERFECT FOR A GREAT PRICE. ALL THE SAME SAMSUNG AND BOOST APPS AS MORE EXPENSIVE PHONES, AND THE SPEED IS MORE THAN ADEQUATE FOR THE NEEDS OF THOSE OF US WHO DON'T USE OUR PHONES EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY. GOT A GREAT CASE FOR ADDED PROTECTION IN CASE OF DROPS, AND A "BELT CASE" HOLDER AS WELL. UNLIMITED EVERYTHING WITH BOOST PREPAID WITH "ADD A PLAN" BY BOOST. PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS.

If you want a smartphone but don't wanna spend $800 than this is a good option for you. I've had for less than a year now. It's smaller than the monster smartphone they have out now.

I wanted to no longer have an expensive phone service. Best Buy has a great deal for the phone ($40) off if I purchased the $50 unlimited that day? I got a new phone and unlimited service for a month for $89. Best deal ever?

This phone was economically priced and I was weary to purchase it. Yet I was awestruct by the peformance. I've had more expenisive phones that can't hold a candle to this phone. It has more than sufficient memory, it has been working flawlessly since I bought it: over a year ago. I droped this phone tons of times, I've lost it and refound it, this phone still works like the first day I bought it. This is the best phone I've ever had for under $100

I purchased this phone as a gift for my father, who struggles with change. His biggest complaint is regarding the size of the keyboard. I agree the buttons are very small and very close together. I struggle to help him send texts as well. It’s even more frustrating because if you use multiple languages on the keyboard the languages somehow change unexpectedly and then you struggle to type text with auto correct until you realize the language was changed again. Otherwise it’s an improvement on his previous phone just wish the keyboard was more user friendly.

I've used this J3 Emerge for several months by now and am very happy with it. I'm very used to Sumsung's easy to use screen settings. Everything works great. Photos are great, too.

Even there low end phones are great phones. This is a company that knows how to make a quality phone at an entry level price.

The phone is good as per the specifications and in $60 range. However, I was disappointed with the Boost locked conditions.

The product has all the features I like and enjoy and has enough GB to have pictures, videos and apps without low storage/memory popping up. The camera even takes clear pictures. I really like the Boostmobile Samsung J3 Emerge.

NICE PHONE. would recommend to anyone looking for a quality phone at a good price. Easy to carry very light.

to be honest I am all ways changing my phone.for some reason. not this one I am very comfortable with it is easy for me to understand and use it I have no problems with it I am so glad I was looking through best buy store when I found it and the price. I still can't get over how much i paid for it smile

This was an upgrade for me from a previous samsung galaxy phone. Not much difference from the last model but still a quality phone
