The Pre-Sequel manages to add just the right amount of new features and story elements while retaining most of what makes this series so fun. I love how it connects both the previous entries and fills in a huge chunk of the puzzle whilst alluding to even crazier sequels on the horizon. If you liked any Borderlands Game, this is a must buy!

My son has thoroughly enjoyed this series on the PS3. I personally have never gotten into it mainly because of it's art style.

If you are expecting to be blown away by next gen mechanics, and graphics...don't be. This is the same engine as it's predecessors. The story really explains what happens before Pandora is occupied, wish it would explain a few of the other arms manufacturers a little more. I am sure we will see more to them in later installments. The fact that they start off using the Australian humor kind of throws me off because this isn't anywhere in the later stories?? Their humor loses me also because I really didn't know what it all meant, their slang terms and such, so the the translation was lost in some of it. Jumping mechanics are a little irritating, it's hard to target precise spots to land at times. I noticed huge frame rate drops when scoping enemies,. Looking for air supplies adds new complexity, but also adds an annoying experience. I used Klaptrap to avoid this, though he is still bound in a way. Stories are hysterical, and keep you trucking, but the gold keys are unrewarding, and a new legendary mechanic kind of sucks more than it's previous iteration. All in all, the game is worth playing, and I can't wait to see what the expansions have in order for us fans!

Lots of fun. A game with lots of play hours, online co-operative play. I really recommend this game.

I haven't had much of an opportunity to allocate as much time to this Borderlands game as I should (or that it deserves). The little that I have played has been great though! It took me a bit to get used to the low gravity and the OZ kits, but Borderlands is Borderlands and therefore is awesome!

This was a Christmas gift for my gamer son. He was very happy with the game and said it was awesome.

This is a great Borderlands game with great characters to get to know and a ton of locales to explore.

The summary is a perfect, well, summary. Despite being handed over to 2K Australia, this "presequel" is just more of the same Borderlands. If you like that sort of thing, then you'll probably like this sort of thing. If you do not, then you likely will not. Marks must be deducted for the inclusion of that mongrel idiot Claptrap as a playable character.

Got this game for my kids. They're big fans of the Borderlands series and they love this one too.

"Strip the flesh and salt the wound" That pretty much sums it up tight there!…this game picks up right where you want to be!…head deep in awesome action and funny one liners! I was never in doubt this would be a great game, but its actually better then expected!

Entertaining franchise continues with origin stories of some of the most notorious characters from the first two games in the series. This game offers endless challenges and missions and has a hilarious narrative to keep you entertained for hours.

Borderlands the Pre-sequel is more of the same Borderlands goodness. If you enjoyed the first two games then you have a good idea of the loot and shoot formula that makes up the Borderlands series. In a nutshell. the story revolves around the villain from the second game "Handsome Jack," but this game casts him in the role of the good guy. The game retains most of the same features from the previous games but adds one new feature. The new feature that this game adds is a new Oxygen meter called an "Oz" meter that depletes while traversing open areas of this new moon. This meter can be upgraded with new Oz units that offers another layer of stats to the loot parade. The biggest complaint that I have from this game is that the humor of the game relies on a lot of Internet style humor, and, that if you are burnt out on the Borderland series this game is still more of the same.

Any game that has multiple player on the console is a winner every time. Even a bad game can be fun with multi-player on the same console. This game is not bad though, it's great. Swapping guns is fun and the new gun grinder is awesome.
