The ice water temperature display did not want to calibrate to start using these features, no help from customer service at best buy or bosch. Figured out on my own to unplug and plug it back in. Two days later at 2 am an alarm started going off, took an hour and after it went off multiple times it finally stopped. Repair came out a week later decided to order a new computer board for it, found out a week after that, that parts cant be ordered. Alarm periodically keeps going off. Now ice maker does not work. I am returning the fridge and have chosen a different brand.

Have a warranty service call it’s taken two weeks just to get someone here. Not sure what it needs to fix. Very unsatisfactory

Bosch Top down counter dpeth refrigerator

You have to push door closed.most likely the installers got lazy. Must call Best Buy to figure out what to do next. Small issue with fitting in multiple half/gallon sized jugs. Learning how to fit everything is a job.
