Hate it hard to load. Find silverware tray to be in way wherever i place it. Silverware doesnt get clean. At highest dry cycle things still wet when done. Got finger caught when it slammed shut!

This one replaced a 20+ year old Kenmore. It is smaller, and does not dry very well even though the dishes are very hot at the end of the cycle. It does its job, but takes a lot longer to do so.

High quality build, quiet, cleans well, but the racks are a bit constricting, making it difficult to fit in pots and big dishes at times.

DO NOT USE THE OPTIONAL JUNCTION BOX. It will fail and and possibly cause a fire. If you only have a hardwire connection add a plug. The dishwasher itself is just meh. It’s no better than the 15 year old Whirlpool it replaced.

So far so good. I expected that the whole interior is stainless steel. but the bottom is plastic. There is a smell of that plastic that I hope will go with time. My older dishwasher got the dishes cleaner, not as wet, and did not use the special solution to make cup gasses sparkle. But, it was Swedish, dishwasher, twice the price.

Overall, it’s an efficient, quiet, and high-quality dishwasher. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable upgrade at a great value.

Extra cleaning power, the glasses are shiny, all sorts of options with internet. Like the front to be seen controls. My old dishwasher would release steam and discolor the granite. The Bosch is exceptional. I needed a black stainless and this is above all my wants and needs.

Very quiet. But confusing to operate. I have another Bosch that has a 30 minute cycle. This one does not. It has < 2 hours.

Very pleased with my purchase. The dishwasher looks great in my kitchen, is very quiet and, most importantly, cleans extremely well. Much better than my old Whirlpool that it replaced. Hopefully it will last longer too! The installation was great too - big shout out to the courteous and professional installers. This was the first time I have purchased an appliance from Best Buy but going forward I intend to use them again, it was such a good experience.

Cleans great but the drying features does absolutely nothing. Best work around I have found is to prop the door open after it has finished. However if you don't remember as soon as it's done expect wet and spotty dishes....

I don't care for the way the racks are set up. The dishes and glasses go in two different directions. It's too confusing.

I like how quiet the dishwasher is but it doesn't clean the best and it does not dry well at all! Even on extra dry, your dishes will still be wet.

A good, quiet, well designed dishwasher. It does not have the often space-wasting thin third level. So we fit in all our dishes and pots, pans, mixing bowls etc. It cleans very well but also often leaves the dishes a bit wet even after the dry cycle. It is a good idea to leave the door ajar for a while after the drying cycle.

Woks just fine, we will have to see how long it lasts

Documentation is fairly thin with this unit. Took about 4 calls to tech support to finally clarify operational procedures with this unit. For the money I paid $499, I consider to a real bargain vs the more expensive models.

Cleans just OK. Louder than expected. Called customer service. They had my up drying agent. Dishes still wet and some not clean the silverware holder isb cheap

Very quiet and great at cleaning the dishes. My only complaint is the light that indicates it’s clean goes off very quickly after it’s done. Otherwise it’s great.

The information and instructions provided with the dishwasher were inadequate and marginal at best. Moreover, the dishwasher didn't do what the instructions said it was supposed to do. After a month of trying I'm still unable to get the unit to perform as indicated in the instru;ctions. Overall, it is very disappointing. I expected better from Bosch. Mark me as "unhappy."

So far, one month, and I love my new dishwasher. I still have a bit to learn about the settings but it works well and I can put so much more in it than my old one.
