No not in love with it

The upper spray arm fell off during the 2nd use but I was able to easily reattach it. The top tray spray nozzle fell off during the next load but was also easy to reattach.

I don't like the racks it is hard to load the racks. The 3rd rack is nice for silverware. Should not have to pay extra for the power cord. I just hope it dose not get rusty like the last dishwasher did. It was another brand.

Baked-on food is not problem

Additionally, it has cleaned everything we've put into it, including baked-on food.

Ask me again in six months or a year, and my review will be more beneficial to buyers. We originally had purchased a Bosch but when installed it leaked! So we went with the Samsung since our washer and dryer are Samsung and we really like them. So far the dishwasher has performed great. we really like the color and how it is so quite to run.

They damaged my closet cabinet when taking out the old diswasher. I've called Them and spoke to various persons gave me a number but has not return ed my call.

Took a few loads of dishes to find that the best soap to use is Finish Powerball Max in One. Dishes then came out great. We use the "extra dry" feature, which gets rid of most of the excess water. Overall, very pleased with purchase.
