Professionally installed to the manual recommendations. Hot water valve, all hooks ups etc were fine.. Water wouldn't get hot in the dishwasher. Soap wouldn't dissolve. Dishes stayed dirty and wet. Most likely a faulty heating element or thermostat. Bosch customer service was useless. Couldn't come out for weeks and threatened to charge for the visit if they didn't think it was their fault. Luckily I was within return period. Went with kitchenaid instead. Buyer beware. You've been warned.

The dishwasher worked only a couple of times before it started shutting down mid-cycle. It does not clean, rinse, or dry the dishes. It has been incredibly frustrating to have purchased one of the more expensive dishwashers available and then have to fuss around with it every time I want to use it just to get it to wash the dishes; and then it doesn't.

Told when I bought all dishwashers were the same measurement. Told needed ada and no Bosch available at Best Buy. Now waiting for ge ada. It’s a month and still no dishwasher. Delivery is supposed to be January fifth.

I had it installed as a replacement of a Kitchen Aid last week. I clearly did not read the specs well. It did say "heated dry" but it is definitely not and does not have a heating element. It uses a "efficient" green method called "condensation drying". Horrible. After the cycle is over (2.25hrs) the dishes are completely wet. Not dry at all. I called them and they suggest to 1. leave the door open after cycle is finished, 2. leave them in the dishwasher for 2-3 hours and 3. use the rinse aid. So this is three additional things I need to do to get clean dry dishes. That's ridiculous. I had high hopes for the Bosch line based on reports. But I don't want to dry dishes using a $1,000 dishwasher. That's what I bought it for. The process should be turn on, wait and put dishes back in the cabinets. Buyer beware. Unless you're the green type.

Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. The PureDry® Condensation process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel then pulls the moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It is important to note that plastics don’t absorb heat like cutlery or china and don’t dry as well. To maximize drying, we recommend turning on the Intensive Drying option. Instructions to turn on this setting can be found on page 33 of your Use & Care manual. You can also find troubleshooting tips on page 41 of the manual. If these suggestions do not resolve the drying issue, please connect with our Customer Care team at 800-944-2904.
