Purchased this model less than 2 years ago because I was led to believe Bosch dishwashers are worth the extra expense. It was not. As others have also stated, all dishes come out soaking wet no matter the drying option chosen. The dishes also smell nothing like they should smell when clean, as well as the interior of the dishwasher. I rinse everything I put in the dishwasher and have a water softener. The outside stainless steel door is extremely streaky. I have owned many stainless steel appliances and have never seen this. Bosch is selling a stainless steel appliance, but it's not stainless. When I contacted Bosch customer service, there was NO service in customer service. The rep accused me of putting bleach on the door, which I most certainly did not do. I was told that maybe I could get 50% off the cost of a new door since I was no longer under warranty. When I asked what that cost would be, the rep did not really know or even know if that offer could be extended to me. Most of the verbal interaction the rep had with me was shockingly incoherent. So sad that I was treated this way by Bosch and that in the end, no one really cares. You don't hear from the customers who are not satisfied because they don't come back.

Very low sound can't know washing machine is working or not. excellant cleaning especially glasses . Easy installation.

Im loving my new dishwasher. It’s super quiet, dishes come out sparkling clean.

Real quite machine. Cleans real well. Only problem is not much room inside to place plates.

The dishwasher is very quiet. I like the way the tines are arranged which allows for more plates to load on the racks. I didnt like that the top rack cannot be adjusted to allow for taller pots to load. However i do like the dishwasher.

The quietest dishwasher we've ever had. We don't use the extra rack for flatware that is at the top, but it comes with the old style containers for flatware, so it isn't a problem having the one at the top. My wife cleans everything off the dishes before putting them into the dishwasher, so we use only the 60 minute cycle, which does a great job.

Overall happy with dishwasher; it takes a little longer than previously owned dishwashers but is very quiet.

This dishwasher is amazingly quiet! We love the third utensil drawer.

We have only had the dishwasher for a month, but so far we are very happy with it. It holds a lot of dishes and I love the third drawer on top. I also like how easy it was to adjust the height on the second drawer. The instructions are a little hard to follow, but we got is set up on the cycle we wanted.

Cleans very well. Dishes and glasses sparkle. Very quiet dishwasher. I am very satisfied with the Bosch dishwasher.

So far the dishwasher works great. However the installation was more difficult than it needed to be. Bosch dishwashers use their own proprietary electrical system so you need to install the included junction box to get power to the dishwasher. In addition, the water hose for the discharge is attached to the unit and you cannot use your old hose to connect the discharge from the dishwasher to the drain.

Every positive comment you read above Bosch is true. Excellent Dishwasher. Quiet and powerful.
