Excellent at cleaning dishes but not at drying..

It has been very effective at washing away all the grease and food particles from my plates, but it is not very good at drying. I noticed that unlikely my previous dishwasher, this one does not have a vent that allows it to expel all of the hot steam. Even with the "extra dry" option, all my dishes are usually wet and I often have to leave the door open for it to dry.

Love the 3 racks and the adjustable tines makes it easy to fit unusual shaped items to fit. Love the rinse cycle since there are just two of us usually it is several days before the dishwasher gets started and the dishes used to sit in the dishwasher dirty and start stinking. With the rinse u can rinse off the dishes off and use less water and energy than hand washing.

I know there were other reviews that said the dishwasher broke down in a year or so. So, the verdict is still out but for now, I am loving it! It is so quiet! The first time I ran it, I had to put my ear right next to it to make sure it is actually running. I am very excited about this new dishwasher. I did a test and put a bunch of non-rinsed dishes to see if they would come out clean. They did. I tried it with the 1:10-cycle (instead of the full 2:25 cycle) and the dishes still came out clean. So, it is entirely possible to use the shorter cycle and still have clean dishes. :) I hope this dishwasher will last for many years to come! It is definitely pricier than some other models but you get what you pay for!
