Customers enjoy the 300 Series dishwasher's quiet operation and excellent cleaning performance, finding it easy to load and appreciating the extra capacity offered by the third rack. However, some customers reported issues with a lingering odor, longer than average wash cycles, and occasional installation challenges. A small number of users also experienced problems with the dishwasher's reliability and heating element.

We're on our 3rd month since installation by the Best Buy local partner. We purchased everything on-line and everything went as planned.
The installation was on-time, professional and polite.
We are very happy with our purchase since replacing our GE machine.
Very quiet, like no other dishwasher we have ever owned.
Great options, we especially like the Speed60 cycle, fast, energy efficient and cleaner than our GE did in 2 hour cycles.
The Half Load cycle is great when we have only a few items.
Display is on the outside, which is what we wanted so we can see the time remaining and not worrying about steam penetrating into the control panel of the other designs.
Third shelf finally a place to put those large kitchen tools that need cleaning.
The On/Off switch starts the wash cycle and also shuts off the dis[play.
Some reviews complain about the dishes not drying well enough but we have not had that problem. We use Finish Rinse-Aid as recommended and buy the better brand detergent. And the drying method does not require a heating element which usually melts items that fall and has failed on other brands we owned in the past.

This is my second Bosch and this is such a better design. There is a third shelf to hold large knives and plastic lids securely. It holds more dishes and drink ware (including large coffee cups). Gone is the repeated beeping when dishwasher is done, it is super quiet from start to finish. Everything comes out clean (honestly, that’s the most important thing). There was an initial new appliance smell when we first started using it but now it seems to be gone (it didn’t bother me but I had read others weren’t happy about the smell). We run the dishwasher at least once a day. Our last Bosch lasted about 6.5 years with one repair for a leaky part. When the pump stopped working I decided to replace the dishwasher. Replacement parts seem to be mail order only and take several days to be delivered and that is the only thing I really don’t like about Bosch.

Very quiet! Our TV is in the room adjacent to the kitchen, we literally sit about 10-12 feet from the dishwasher. We can watch TV with the Bosch running a full load without noticing that it's on. Cleaning performance is better than our previous unit which was a GE. Controls are easy to use and make sense. After using the dishwasher the first time I could put the instructions in a drawer since I won't be needing them again. The third rack and flatware baskets do a good job of separating the utensils for better cleaning.

We knew that Bosch dishwashers were rated as the best. We are very satisfied with this dishwasher and is quite quiet. Seems a little louder on the 360 setting, but it speeds up the cycle. Many complain their dishes are still wet with Bosch dishwashers. We use the extra dry setting. We accept this inconvenience because we believe it’s healthier drying dishes with a rinse of super hot water rather than blowing hot air, and you can put plastics on lower shelf. I like how the dishes fit more efficiently than our previous one.

We had a Bosch dishwasher that was 12+ years old that broke down and couldn’t be repaired and replaced it with this new model. We had Best Buy deliver and install the new one. Excellent service and we are very pleased with the new dishwasher. It takes a bit longer than the old model but it is very quiet and cleans the dishes very well. Simple to use and the top rack for large utensils is just great.

The Bosch 300 dishwasher was easy to install, and works really well. I like the third rack to put long skinny stuff in (including silverware if I have a lot of pots and pans). The tilt 2nd shelf makes it possible to park our wine glasses (tall stemmed). I turn it on and forget it until the next morning and everything is clean. There is little to no pooling of water on my coffee cup bottoms and everything is dry. I think people who have trouble with the drying are opening the washer too soon.

I can't believe I actually found a dishwasher that actually washes dishes! Our other two dishwashers were basically sanitizers and we had to prewash or food would get hardened on. This dishwasher actually washes dirty dishes! We have tried bowls with oatmeal, pasta, cheese, etc and it all gets clean! I don't find it too loud at all. I do wish it had a delicate setting but I guess I have to wash my delicate pieces by hand. I also wish it was a little bit faster- takes two and a half hours to do a cycle unless it is on express wash. Haven't tried that yet. I would recommend this product.

I had this dishwasher installed two weeks ago. It is unbelievably quiet and gets the dishes spotless. I like having the third rack for small items, and the middle rack adjusts height really easily. It holds a ton of items, so I don’t need to run it as often as my previous G.E.

I have had numerous dishwashers in my life, including a super-expensive Viking. This dishwasher beats them all. I purchased this model because if was one of the most highly rated dishwashers in Consumer Reports. I can see why - it cleans very well and leaavea dishes dry and spotless. It holds a TON of stuff thanks to the third rack for silverware. I never use the bottom rack silverware rack at all - I put it away and use all of that extra room for large containers and pots. I’ll never buy another dishwasher without a third rack again. The two lower racks have adjustable times and are well planned - I can stuff this thing with SO MUCH STUFF. And did I mention how spooky quiet it is? Hands down the quietest dishwasher I have ever had. I actually like running the dishwasher, LOL. This is a dishwasher you can run while the company is in the kitchen!

My 25-year-old dishwasher was "good enough" and it "worked" ......no need to replace it, I said. Until, it started leaking water out of the front door. I bought this same Bosch dishwasher for my British Columbia cabin in 2014. I liked it well enough to buy the same model to replace my old Kenmore dishwasher and I ask my self, "why didn't I do this years ago?" The glasses are clean and without pools of water on top. The inside of the dishwasher is huge and it takes me (1 person) about a week to fill it up to run a full dishwasher. The organization of the silverware tray makes unloading even faster. The dishes are spotless. And yes, I have to put my ear to the door to make sure it is running.......it is exceptionally quiet. I love it!!! For people that think the 120-minute cycle takes too long, they can use the quick cycle. But in the end, who cares how long the cycle is? Especially when it does a fantastic job.

This was a replacement for a GE Profile that was in the house we moved into last June. while not that old, the GE was corroded inside just wasn’t cleaning dishes well. We had a Bosch in our old house that we like very much, so it wasn’t much of decision to buy another. The main difference between this and our previous one is that the new one has a display on the front of the door that allows us to see how much time is left in a cleaning. Otherwise, it works perfectly; it’s quiet, easy to use, cleans well, and has options that are useful. I highly recommend Bosch dishwashers.

Love love love this dishwasher. Super quiet. Only time you know its running is when the drain goes on. Upper hideaway rack is perfect for the spatula and flat items. Glasses fit well in the upper rack. I love that the upper rack can be adjusted up and down as needed to fit your glasses that are a little taller. Lower rack has prongs that you can put up and down, fitting all the big and bulky items in the lower rack. Dish tab area is straight forward. Still a little issue of the rinse aid and trying to get the liquid in to the small area can be a little bit of a challange. Outside button function is very simple and gives a count down timer on your washes. Gets all the dishes clean!! Can't say enough good things about this dishwasher. We had bought this when they also had free installation.

Our GE dishwasher hit the dust and we decided to replace it. I read some customer reviews and although most were favorable a few complained about its drying ability, i.e., it did not sufficiently dry dishes or glasses.
The first time we used it we were surprised at its huge capacity. It handled at least 25% more than the GE. The first wash I set it to automatic with the sanitize setting. The dishes came out clean and sparkling - and dry. Since then we have been amazed at how good this dishwasher works. Plus, it is so quiet you barely hear it running.
This is the fourth dishwasher we have owned since we have moved a number of times. However, this is by far the best one.
We bought this at Best Buy and they delivered and installed it. Excellent service from Best Buy.

This is our second Bosch dishwasher. The first was good for 12 years. It is not only the quietest but the fastest with the 60 minute wash. Dishes will sometimes have water on top if they have a rim that catches water. Always are spotless and the third shelf is a real plus. The interior stays clean and the racks never rusted in our old machine. I specially like
The advertised feature that catches water that could leak
By a seal without dripping on floor. Our old machine had a circulation pump fail it was cost prohibitive to replace. We prefer models that have buttons and progress reports on the front versus on top of door.

OK, a few weeks in with our new dishwasher and it is amazing what a quality machine can do. This thing is whisper quiet and if it wasn't for our loud drain, you would never know it was on. The dishes are coming out spotless and up until now I never knew how much I was missing out by not having that 3rd row up top. The main change from my old unit to this one is the glasses. They are coming out spotless with no streaks and no leftover debri like my old washer. A few notes to consider when buying. This unit did come with the power plug so you do not have to purchase that separately. The only thing I was missing was the instruction manual, but I found that easily enough on Bosch's website.

I wound up with this particular Bosch dishwasher because of a delivery issue with the KitchenAid that I originally ordered. I chose it because of its reviews and because I could get it installed quickly.
If you are considering this dishwasher, it is important to know that there is no heating element for drying the dishes. This was fine with me since I never, ever used the heat cycle in my old dishwasher. I just opened it up to air dry when the cycle was done. And this is what I do with my new Bosch as well.
The cycle takes a long time (almost 2-1/2 hours), so I time the running to be home when it is done. The dishes get amazingly clean with no rinsing at all.
The third/top shelf is a Wonder and a Marvel. I wouldn't buy a new dishwasher without one. There is a stemware holder on the middle shelf that works well, but doesn't really have safe space for more than 4 or 5 stems. The silverware holder on the bottom is nice because it has different sizes of loading grids, and because small items can be put inside the baskets. Silverware can also easily be place on the top rack when you need space on the bottom for big items.
And lastly, it is really quiet. So, if you can live without a drying element, you'll probably be delighted with this Bosch dishwasher. I am.

We purchased this dishwasher to replace our older Bosch that stopped working after 13 years of service. We purchased this because it was highly recommended by the New York Time's Wirecutter. We considered Miele G7106 too, but it would would take at least two weeks to be delivered whilst Best Buy could get it to me in three days. The install went well - professional, polite, clean. The company Best Buy contracted to do the install even did a follow up call and when I mentioned something about the board, they said they would send someone out for redo at no cost. It turned out that we didn't need it the redo (I canceled it), but I appreciated the willingness to come back out again to make sure we are happy. So far, we have owned the dishwasher for just about five weeks and are very satisfied with it. It got clean a baking pan that had burnt in bit. So that's good. Logical racks and we can fit a lot in.

Our old Bosch died after 14 years of service. I researched all the models/makes and this model stuck out as a consistent favorable choice. It is much quieter than my older dishwasher that wasn’t that loud. We have an open kitchen/living room and it can’t be heard other than the quick cycle when the water is draining. The third rack for knives and large flat utensils is helpful. It holds a lot and is flexible too. If you you haven’t had a Bosch, recognize that the washing cycles are long and items will not be always be completely dry ( no heating coil - more energy efficient and plastics are less likely to get warped).
