This dishwasher is significantly louder and doesn’t seem to clean the dishes as well as our previous dishwasher. The door is lightweight and flimsy. We’ve the dishwasher about a month and have buyer’s remorse, I wish we had gotten another Kenmore elite.

We were replacing our 12 yr old Bosch. (Unfortunately it was a bit of a lemon, we had to replace EVERY working part on it but the tub itself, LOL. True story.) So when it needed yet another expensive repair our tech recommended we replace it. We took a chance and bought the new 500 series but didn't know that they're now 1/8th of an inch taller - so it wouldn't fit. We re-ordered the ADA version of the 500 and a week later it arrived, working great so far. Fingers crossed.

I regret buying it. The new features are not significant enough to praise. However, the one bright spot is the 3rd rack. In hindsight, I should have had my old Bosch repaired.
