    Made much cheaper than my previous Bosch dishwasher. If you buy it, be sure to include the extended warranty. Quit working less than 1 year from purchase. Very disappointing! Bosch used to be a trusted high quality brand. Not anymore!

    Bottom rack sucks!! Falls off track and gets stuc

    The bottom rack doesn’t stay on it’s track and falls into the tub. Maybe it’s the wrong rack but can’t recommend this dishwasher at this price. I’ve had dishwashers half the price not have issues. It is quiet though.

    Purchased this dishwasher as an upgrade to a GE Profile dishwasher that died after 4 years. This dishwasher last 17 days then began failing. The detergent dispenser would not distribute the Cascade soap pods or would drop them into the wash tub after the cleaning cycle was complete. Attempted to get it replaced but learned that the unit had been discontinued.

    Awful dishwasher

    I had nothing but problems with this dishwasher. We must have run about 3 or 4 loads when we noticed the red light that shines on the floor ( which I hated) had stopped shining. There was an error code saying it wasn’t draining. Geek squad came out and supposedly fixed it. Again, after 3 loads, we get the same error code. By that time I wanted the thing gone!! Ended up getting a Kitchen Aid which I love

    It's horrible!!! I hate it. It doesn't work right, doesn't dry and the racks are horrible. DON'T BUY THIS DISHWASHER!!

    Bosch dishwasher not a great.

    Got this in 2020 cost over 1,100.00 This was dishwasher was recommended to us as being the best. We wanted to buy something that was going to last, and we wouldn’t have to put a lot of money into fixing it. Unfortunately, three years later, it sounds like the motor is gone. So now I have to find somebody to fix it. I guess I wouldn’t recommend Bosch to anybody for what happened to us.

    Not happy

    Was excited that we could get our delivery date changed from September 29th to July 8th (We ordered it around June 29th in store) after a phone call the next day. The installer was adamant that it would not fit and told us to get a "GE", after double checking after he left I found that there was adequate room over our existing dishwasher (3/8") which was 33.75 vs new one at 33.85. I tried to call best buy starting at 11:30 am and requesting a callback because the wait time was an hour and 15 minutes I waited for 3 hours with no return call. I then tried to call and waited for an hour and 7 minutes and the call disconnected when someone answered. I proceeded to call back and waited for three hours and 45 minutes and an hour and 12 minutes of that was apparently waiting for the wrong department. So pretty bitter at the moment.
