Dishwasher works good. Ge has a better inside design as far as how the dishes fit in. It’s hard to fit bowls in due to the fact that the tines are so close together. We always had a ge and when it broke i switched to this. Also has long wash times. Definitely like the ge better.

I'm very pleased with my new Bosch dishwasher. It's quieter than my previous dishwasher that was at the time a quiet machine. Installation by the delivery crew was a breeze. Purchased the same unit from another retailer and they and their delivery crew were a disaster. Ended up cancelling the order because they were so inept. Have had a great experience w/Best Buy this time and with a previous new stove purchase. The only "problem" is that some of my plastic containers are too light and tend to get bounced around if not held down by a heavier object. I'm getting rid of most of those anyway, so no issues!

We have gone through three dishwashers in fifteen years. Our four dishwasher we decided to purchase a Bosch. After researching the 300, 500 and eight hundred series we decided on the 500 series SHP65CM6N. The first unit was returned, the back edge was bent and did not hold the insulation in place. Also, the third shelf (top shelf) was damaged, the drawer slide was broken. This unit was not installed. The second unit arrived with no damages and was installed the same day. After a week of dish washing, this Bosch was not cleaning the casserole bowls. The ring left in the bowl from the casserole was not washed away. One plate in another wash cycle had reminisce of rice dried on it. After that wash the rice was all over the other dishes, the door panel and at the bottom of the dishwasher. At this point we would like to return the Bosch dishwasher. Best Buy will not take the unit back until service techs stop out and try to resolve the issues we are experiencing.

Attractive and cleans dishes thoroughly. It’s so quiet we can’t hear it at all. We like the small light that shines on the floor to indicate that it’s running.

We replaced our 12 yr-old GE with the Bosch dishwasher. We hesitated thinking its high-tech would be a too much a challenge to a 60+ couple. Happily we were wrong. The Best Buy installer did a great overview and from the very first wash, we both said: why did we wait so long?! It's super quiet, so the red light on the floor is helpful, esp. to know when it's done. Opening it for complete drying was strange at first but our dishes, stemware, pots, etc. are very clean & dry. We've had this for a month and have done 1-3 washes a week. Very pleased each time! The Bosch stainless steel matches very well our Haier counter-depth new frig. Hope this lasts for many years!

Loving the quietness of this dishwasher. Our old one sounded like you were sitting in a car wash. Clean dishes and no spots. I personalized mine with a decorative magnet. I'll never buy another brand.

This dishwasher is amazing! My husband and I researched all the reviews on so many dishwashers. The Bosch brand is definitely the best and it is SO worth it to pay the extra couple hundred dollars for the 500 over the 300 series. It's So quiet! It has Wi-Fi capabilities. And the dishes sparkle when they are done!! No water spots at all!! The third rack is awesome for extra utensils. I highly recommend this dishwasher and Best Buy service to install!!

This Bosch 500 series dishwasher in fabulous! It's very quiet and leaves the dishes spotless. It hold as much as any other two dishwashers! It holds an incredible amount and each dish, bowl and utensil has space around it for excellent cleaning. Sam, the Best Buy Installer from Wheaton, MD was great!

We love our new dishwasher. It is a bit smaller than our old Kitchen Aid but it is much quieter and cleans much better. We are still getting used to the third row for cutlery. It takes longer than just throwingng it in a basket but it does get very clean. Delivery and installation also went well. The two men for polite and quick. The auto dry isn’t great, dishes still come out fairly wet.

Sleek, super quiet, easy to load with plenty of room. Very easy to operate.

Great job cleaning, very quiet. I have not figured out how to. Optimize drying but only used a few times so far.

Love this dishwasher, much quieter than our old GE one and works much better! We paid for the additional installation and it was set up super quickly and well. The additional venting feature is extremely nice and ensures dishes are nice and dry. Highly recommend Bosch

Received. No visible damage and dry on the outside and packaging, but the inside was wet. Why, and is this normal?

Love this dishwasher! It cleans my dishes well, is so quiet, and I love being able to start it with my phone from anywhere!

This is a great dishwasher. It is quiet and easy to use. My favorite feature is the silverware space on the top rack. It makes putting silverware away so much faster than using the traditional basket.

Working well. Very quiet. Just wish the trim was not stainless steel.

Did tons of research on the best dishwashers and came to the conclusion that Bosch has gotten the best reviews out of all the dish washing brands. I bought this for my parents and they have been happy with it. I was afraid it would not fit in my parents cabinet because they are outdated and their washer was from 15 years ago and never used, but thank god it did. Has a modern look and is quiet

So far so good! Love how quiet and well organized this dishwasher is. The extra rack at the top it great so that I can organize all my silverware. It was also a fairly easy and quick installation.

The spring that locks the middle rack in the upper position is missing on ours. Currently held together with Zip Ties till we get a service technician out in 2 WEEKs. It is quit and easy to use, disappointed that someone at the factory missed this critical item. Other than that, it works great. We love the LED that lights up the floor on the bottom right to let you know it is in operation. Great feature. Installers were AWESOME!
