Love it. After a few months of use, the top rack was removed we weren’t using it as much as we thought we would.

I was looking forward to this dishwasher being delivered! I have previously owned a Bosch dishwasher and loved how quiet and efficient they are. I was really sad I had to cancel my delivery, my ship date for this particular white Bosch dishwasher kept getting delayed over three months out and possibly longer. We wanted white as it matched our other new appliances so getting a different color was not an option. We needed a dishwasher as ours went out in our home so we went with another brand.

Mediocre at best. The AutoAir feature doesn't really help with drying the dishes. Silverware in the third rack often don't get cleaned, requiring a second wash. The sanitize light, which is suppose to light when the dishes have been sanitized, has never come on. Not sure if it's actually sanitizing the dishes, especially the baby bottles. The related app is confusing to use. The tongs in the racks are spaced to closely together, making it difficult to stack bowls. Coffee mugs with bottom indentations and plastics never get completely dried, whether you use the AutoAir feature or not. It is quiet when running.

This is the best dishwasher I’ve ever had. Granted, the only dishwashers I’ve used have been from the 1980s. We can fit many more items that we fit before, meaning we’ve generally from running a dishwasher daily to every other day, cutting back on our energy and water usage. I love the silverware tray up top. I also love the feature where it pops open to air dry at the end. Our plastic containers dry so much faster this way. Also, being able to program a complex “favorite” routine is great! We’re not limited to singular options any more. I also love the indicator light and the app that tells you when the program will finish running. So far, it’s reliable, quiet, and efficient. Everything is clean and sanitized. It has a nice, sleek look. I can’t ask for more.

Good product cleans well even without the use of jet dry. Only qualm with the dishwasher is that it can only be optimized if you download and use the app. It seems without adjusting wash/dry settings on the app that only basic functions of the dishwasher can be used. The basic functions do not dry well but after downloading and adjusting the settings in the app drying is nearly perfect!

extremely quiet! Super easy to install. I'm used to a large silverware basket, but OH, it's recommended to use the top rack...which turns out to be better for cleanliness, and no more bending over or losing the silverware in the bottom of the DW. Love it

The Bosch 500 is so quiet, the only way I can tell that it is on is by the light it projects on the floor. I love the interior layout and easy to clean filter.

We recently moved and needed to replace an abused GE that came with the house. Having purchased the previous version of the 500 series at our last home about 2 years ago and absolutly loving it, we decided to get another. There are some small changes to this version but overall it's a great machine. It's super easy to install, quiet, and efficient. The addition of wifi at the same price point as before is a nice touch. Some of the buttons/options have been removed from the touch panel on the dishwasher in favor of wifi controls so if you use a non-standard cycle you'll have to set it up via wifi first but after that it's just a simple power+start button press to get things going every time.

I love this dishwasher so far! It works so well. It is quiet and all my dishes are sparkly clean. Exactly what we needed.

Washes well but not as quiet as expected and drying function does not work as well as the machines will heating coils

We just got this a few weeks ago. It's working well and an understandably big improvement over our 16-year old dishwasher. We mostly use "automatic" and "rinse" and they work well. A very quiet machine. Having the "rinse" cycle available only through the app is a bit awkward. There are usually just two of us, so we often rinse at the end of the day and wash after two or three days. Still, I set up "rinse" as the "favorite" and now can get it going directly from the machine buttons. We avoid putting plastic in the machine, so don't have any problems getting the loads dried.

It's so quiet. It really gets everything clean without me having to rinse everything off first. Even stuck on, dried on food is gone! I'm very impressed with this dishwasher. The only thing I don't like is that on the air dry, plastic doesn't come out dry.

Bosch makes quality's dishwashers didn't want to spend the extra money but i ordered a competitor and it arrived DOA

We're very pleased with the Bosch dishwasher. It replaces a 13 year old unit so the technology and efficiency, both energy and water use, are so much better. And it's so quiet! Sometimes I have to check to see if it's on. The only thing I would change is being able to do a time delay directly on the unit rather than having to install the Home Connect app. Dishwasher was pricey but I anticipate that it will last a long time.

Ultra quiet dishwasher, sometimes I am not sure it is actually running. Dishes come out clean and dry. I only have 3 knocks against it and 2 of them are opinions. The first real complaint is the lower drawer. It jumps off track very easily. My 2 opinions are that the utensil drawer for the lower drawer is small as I believe Bosch wants you to use the 3rd tray for utensils. The other opinion is having to use the app to do a delay wash. I would prefer to press buttons to set a delay wash, again this is just an opinion as the app works fine. Great dishwasher overall.

Great dishwasher, does all that is expected, including cleaning really well and drying if you let it dry for a while. Third rack is great. I bought Bosch because it is supposed to be the most reliable. I dislike reviews that are posted a week to 6 months on these type purchases, unless they break down. I’m hoping this lasts 20 years like our last one, so we don’t have to replace it soon. Our last one was 23 years old, so the rack efficiency is great. Can put a lot more in there. Our philosophy for long term purchases is don’t quiver over price, buy what is reliable and not just marked up because of name. This fits the bill. Granted, it would be better to give a review 10 years later.

I prefer to have all my cooking utensils and silverware placed in an upright position. The small silverware holder doesn't provide adequate room for the items and there is plenty of space to have a longer basket. We plan on purchasing another basket. I don't care for the third upper tray; however, it is difficult to find new units that don't have this. It is relatively quiet. Find it limited in button options without having to use my phone to connect. The rack design is not adequate for my needs so it will take time to get used to the way I need to place items. The supports are too close to each other for half of the bottom tray.

Immediately I had issues with nothing drying after the first few cycles. I’m talking everything is soaking wet. After doing some research, there is a setting within the app that enables a more intensive dry. Ever since enabling that I’ve had no problems.

Great dishwasher, and virtually silent. Cleans amazingly and you don't even hear it.
