Maybe using auto is the issue kr maybe it’s using Cascade Platinum pods. In Any case I havr to go try their recommnded brand and see if that solves the issue.

If you have not yet, we would recommend running a dishwasher cleaner through the unit to help clean it out in case there is excess soap or other residues within the dishwasher that may be impacting it's performance. Dishwasher cleaners can be purchased anywhere that dishwasher supplies are also sold. We recommend the Finish brand of dishwasher supplies as they perform the best in our test kitchens.
After running the cleaner you may also want to confirm you are using the right type and amount of soap for you wash cycles. For smaller and/or lighter loads we recommend a loose powder, and for regular and/or more soiled loads we recommend using the tablet style soaps.

I was informed technicians would arrive between 12:30 and 4:30 on June 1st, but they showed up at 10:30. No problem, I was home anyway. They installed the machine and turned it on, but it stopped mid cycle and started beeping. They unplugged the machine from the power outlet, and restarted it. The machine started running again. Literally 5 minutes after they left, the machine stopped again and made the same beeping noise as before. I callled Geek Squad support, was transferred 3 times to different people. The last customer service rep told me the earliest appointment for a technician to come out is June 4th. So in the end I spent upward of 1,000 for a machine, and had to wait 3 days for it to be properly installed.

Ok, but not great

Bosch -500 product and customer service review

On 11/29/2024: we spoke with a Bosch representative to open a claim. On 11/29/2024: we were contacted by a local, appointed by Bosch, Unique Repair Services. After 4 unsuccessful repair appointments and 4 cancellations the unit is still not working. Contacted Bosch customer service 100 times, but no success. The worse customer service we ever had.

DO NOT BUY - will not power on used less than 10x

Best Buy INCORRECTLY installed and did not pass the city's inspection. They had to come out multiple times and now it wont even power on. Ridiculous to spend $1,200+ dollars on this and have it break almost immediately with no effort to correct.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We just replaced a 20 year old Bosch dishwasher and the new one is a serious disappointment, with loss of CLEANing features for superfluous networking gimmickry. Once a week I used to be able to break down and clean my 36 inch gas range and vented hood. Not now! I've lost the ablility to create sufficient space on the lower rack to clean an important kitchen appliance and for what? So that I can check the number of dishwashing pods online? How many lines of code and potential bugs did that cost? You know, it might have been cheaper to continue to produce older control boards.
