Love this dishwasher! So quiet. Love the third rack and AutoAir. No complaints at all.

This is an excellent dishwasher, and worth the money. I tested the cleaning power by putting dishes in without washing and they came out clean. Before this I had a GE which lasted about 4 years with many problems, then an Insignia until the hurricane. Before the hurricane, I was dissatisfied with the Insignia as it did not really get dishes clean enough. The Bosch lives up to its reputation!!!

been great so far. love the utensil rack. the off set prongs to load the dish washer is nice. very quiet and can barely tell it’s on even when trying to figure out if it’s on.

It's amazing how quiet this dishwasher is, and we love the 3rd rack. Auto-air functionality also helps completely dry clean dishes. It also has a stylish look- love this high-end dishwasher!!!

My old dishwasher could be heard a mile away. Every time I time turn on the new Bosch dishwasher, I’m amazed at how quiet it runs. The dishes come out clean and I love the third adjustable rack!

I really am happy with our new Bosch so far, however I didn't understand exactly how it worked initially, as I was at work when the install took place and didn't hear and see the quick demonstration that was given and my sister in law really didn't pay attention. She just remembered you need to hit 4 different buttons. So, anyway I didn't realize that if you re open the dishwasher after you press START for more than a few seconds that you need to press the RESET button for 3 seconds and then re enter your wash choices again. Now that we figured that out, we are fine. My husband isn't a fan of the top silverware rack, because he doesn't have the patience to place each item into its place, but honestly I'm fine with it. It's nice to know that each piece of silverware is separated from each other and is getting cleaned properly. I like that it offers a Half Wash cycle! I feel like I don't need to wait another day to fill the washer up before running a wash cycle! I LOVE how quiet this dishwasher is! I no longer need to set the delay feature until bedtime, however there is one on here, in case someone wants it. Overall, I am One Happy Customer!

We love the Bosch 500. Runs quiet and cleans well. Geek squad installed and their service was great.

Simple DIY installation. Bosch quality evident throughout the unit and the noise level is phenomenal. Cleans great with dry dishes each cycle. The only complaints are that the stainless steel is a fingerprint magnet, and it takes a long time per auto cycle (over 2 hours) so plan accordingly if you need items cleaned quickly.

This dishwasher was highly touted in reviews as one of the best you can buy. So, when Best Buy had a free installation promotion we decided to buy. It is obviously good quality and has nice features such as adjustable racks, several cycles and for the most part fairly quiet. My only downside is I thought the dishes would be dryer but that could be part of my not knowing the best settings for drying. Overall we are pleased with the purchase and very pleased with the Geek Squad installation. My advice is be sure to ask for a Geek Squad install.

Replaced a previously installed Bosch dishwasher with this one - all good!!! Cleans well, easy to pack nice features and a nice machine for the price. I purchased when I sale.

Best dishwasher we've ever had! While the layout was different, it's flexible and works just fine. We've had a little trouble with the auto-dry feature where the door won't open after a completed washing cycle to help drying.

Just had dishwasher for 2 weeks. I am very pleased and especially enjoy the top 3rd rack for silverware. Makes removing flatware and placing in drawers easy once one gets the hang of loading forks, spoons, knives in and organized rather than random fashion. Floor running light is clever since dishwasher is so quiet. I do wish the cycles took less time however.

I’ve had several Bosch dishwashers. This one is very quiet running. I’m new at the AutoAir feature and I assumed it helps eliminates the moisture in the dishwasher. I’m not happy with the owner’s manual as it’s very brief and not much information on the operating options and explaining the procedures. I’ve noticed there is still quite a bit of moisture in the dishwasher I’ve never had with the other ones even using JetDry. I live the three racks and being able to adjust the racks. Overall I’m happy with the dishwasher. I just need to find out if the moisture is something I’m not operating it correctly.
