You can’t hear when it’s running! And dishes are spotless.

Love it. Quiet and cleans our dishes. Able to make adjustments to drying and rinse aid. Racks take a little bit to get used to, but work well.

Bought this dishwasher after Whirlpool broke after 4 years. 500 Series was difficult to find in stock but got one quickly via Bestbuy. Self-installed in about 45 mins using existing water line and drain. Dishwasher has a lot of room and runs very quiet. Auto Air feature is awesome. So far no issues after 2 weeks.

My first Bosch dishwasher worked well for 15 years, but it was time for an upgrade. The third rack is really useful, and the machine is virtually silent when running.

If you like a dishwasher that puts you at a vantage point for the daily game of Tetris, this is a dishwasher for you. The thoughtful layout of the 3 racks and the ability to adjust the height are a win for Bosch and us. Installation was relatively easy although the manual was slightly lacking in that area. The stainless steel tub adds another plus with the design of the drain. The drain is easy to remove and clean without having to use tools to disassemble. Keeping the drain cleaner will hopefully help with its longevity. We went with the Bosch for a few reasons, recommendations from family, great online reviews, it pops it’s door open for a more efficient drying cycle and quietness. It does what it says it will do, cleans and dries dishes with minimal noise and we don’t have to be around to pop the door open, no complaints here. It’s a bit pricier than most but I feel it’s been worth the money. The placement of the buttons, on the top of the door are a plus for us, also. It keeps the front of the dishwasher looking sleek and cleaner for longer. Ask me again in a few years if I still feel the same because this review is not for longevity of the dishwasher only for initial opinion.

This is the best dishwasher we have ever owned. Seems to be well made and it is easy to load. It is so quiet you don't even know that it's running.

Very quiet. The projected red light is the only way to tell if it is running. The third rack not very useful. I use it for container lids or a platter if I have I have one to wash. Water glasses in second level often hit bottom of third rack. I installed it myself. The only problem I encountered was mounting the electric junction box. The power for my old dishwasher was direct from my power panel through the floor behind the dishwasher. Much easier to connect directly and not have too look for space under my sink... Still have to go into my basement to turn power off.

Very quiet! Does an excellent job cleaning. I would recommend some customer training. I wasn't sure in the beginning if the machine was working.

Works fantastic. Quite as can be. I’ve read some reviews that the dishwasher has a smell. Smells a little metallic but you can’t smell it on the dishes.

After doing a ton of research for our purchase, I am very pleased with the Bosch 500 series dishwasher we purchased a month ago. Like all brands we looked at, much of the inside is plastic and designed to last around 10 years now. Cleaning is so much better compared to our previous top of the line KitchenAid that we washed all our dishes again within a couple of days. Drying is very good with the auto door open feature it gets plastics nearly completely dry with only a couple of drops left in corners. Extra large and dirty loads can take nearly four hours but come out spotless. The flexibility of the second drawer to be set at an angle really helps get odd sized dishes to fit. The only minor complaint is that the bottom drawer’s “zones” take some getting used to but once you figure out how your plates, pots, and pans fit, and that even with your plates being so close together, they WILL be spotless.
