We looked at all the well known brands, retailers, and prices and settled on this Bosch from Best Buy. It was installed by Geek Squad and he was fast and thorough. The unit is very quiet and does a good job. There is not much in the way of an instruction manual; just a getting started guide that’s not very clear and understandable. There are quite a few You Tube tutorials, however, that do a good job. One thing I like is I can delay the start up to 24 hours in one hour increments. This is our second Bosch; the first lasted 19 years.

My husband did the research and decided this was the best dishwasher for the money...and he was right! I'm really impressed with its' crisp and clean exterior, the programming buttons on the upper lid that fit conveniently under the kitchen countertop, the feature that allows the lid to "pop" open when the cycle is finished, how spotlessly clean everything gets, and the great third top rack. It's ideal for those items that never really fit in the silverware area, such as spatulas, large knives, ladles, etc. I really do love this dishwasher!!

This is an excellent machine. It is very quiet. Thank goodness for them red light to let us know that it is running. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

We researched this purchase and found Bosch to be #1,2,3 in ratings. However, I am highly disappointed. The drying feature is new wave where the coil is not exposed...but, if you do not use finish your dishes will be soaking wet. So, I will be paying for the drying agent from here on. The rack configuration is awful...there is no way you can even put a family of four in one load...adding that top skinny third rack was a mistake...glasses fall over on the second rack and the main configuration is sad....a few bowls and plates...not an option for a casserole dish of any kind. I feel bad...this product has really let me down. It is however, quiet as a mouse which is good.

The Bosch 500 series dishwasher has been a pleasantly surprising purchase. First off-it's quiet: like really quiet. Unless you're standing right next to it, then it's difficult to know it's performing the cleaning cycle. The red light it beams onto the ground helps to confirm that the dishwasher is running-which is a nice feature I didn't think I needed. The capacity of the dishwasher is also far superior than the dishwasher that it replaced. After a couple of uses we ended up not using the utensil holder, and instead used the third top rack. All-in-all I am very pleased with this purchase, and would recommend it to anyone.

Really happy with this dishwasher. It took a little while to figure how to get the settings to work the way I wanted; now it’s intuitive. 95% of the time the dishwasher opens at the end of the cycle to help finish drying without using a lot of electricity. And the dishes dry well without getting that “fishy” smell on the dishes from being in a closed dishwasher overnight. Also like the pan to catch leaks. Our last dishwasher was a GE and leaked after just 3 years, ruining our wood floors. Also, it’s really quiet after the first 5 minutes or so in the cycle.

I replaced an older lower model Bosch. Unfortunately, the new top shelf takes headspace from both lower shelves, so my sheet pans don't fit on the bottom because the spinner hits them, & my wine glasses can't stand up. I have removed the top shelf to better fit the glasses. Quieter is nice but unnecessary because I turn it on when I go to bed. Dishes are often still wet. Don't get upsold for unnecessary or counterproductive features.

Very happy with my dishwasher. The thing I like the most is the quietness. It also washes and drys very well. Would recommend this product to anyone.

The original Bosch 500 series dishwasher failed just after the warranty. The replacement has improved features, but we bought the five year warranty just in case. Our appliance service representative recommended Bosch, and also extended warranties.

Love this dishwasher. It is quiet and does an amazing job cleaning the dishes. The 3rd rack is very nice to have.

I made this purchase based on industry evaluations and customer reviews. Layout for dishes is different from my old Frigidaire dishwasher. It’s also very quiet. Installation was not very difficult, but if one is not “hands on”, I strongly recommend to get service. So far very happy with the purchase.

I had been searching for the best option for price. This Bosch diswasher doesn't disappoint. Love the third/ top rack and auto air (door pops open when done). I would have given 5 stars but I would have liked the large utensil basket to be two units vs one. Definitely recommend this product!

Works well but has a funny smell. Dishes does not get dry leaves water on and inside machine. Previous model you could get a facial whenever you open door, but not this one.

Our old Bosch finally died so we needed to get a new one. We had one ordered from one of your competitors and I kept getting delayed. Initially I had checked your website and none were available so I was pleasantly surprised when this one was in stock. It works perfectly.

We replace our previous Bosch dishwasher that was at least 10 years old and was not getting the dishes clean. This new version has 3 racks instead of 2. The layout inside is better and you can get more dishes in the new one. It is also very quiet. I think it has been a great improvement.

Great dishwasher, can’t hear a thing during wash. It could glitch once a while needing a reset, that’s the only reason for loss of star.

Been using for almost one month now, it is very quiet, it even projects a red light on the floor indicating that it is running. Dishes and utensils come out clean and spotless.
