Works well but has a funny smell. Dishes does not get dry leaves water on and inside machine. Previous model you could get a facial whenever you open door, but not this one.

Been using for almost one month now, it is very quiet, it even projects a red light on the floor indicating that it is running. Dishes and utensils come out clean and spotless.

Best dishwasher ever! Quiet and so easy to load. The top utensils tray is perfect not to mention the eay clean filter and on the floor running light.

Very high quality dishwasher. You can't even hear when it's running so it has a red light that shows its on, otherwise you would never know. Bought to replace a dated whirlpool and this is a huge upgrade.

We originally purchased a other brand dishwasher. The first one came damaged and the second leaked. No problem returning them with Brst Biy. Then we ordered this Bosch and so far, we are very pleased with it. Does good job cleaning the dishes, very quiet and we really like the red light that shines on the floor to show us that the dishwasher is still in operation and it does go out then the cycle is complete. The door does open when the cycle is complete.

I'm literally eating dinner and I hear the darn flies buzzing around my kitchen, but guess what I don't hear. My Bosch 500 series dishwasher. I have to put my ear to it like an old time western settler seeing if a train is coming down the tracks to make sure it's actually on

Install of this dishwasher was what keeps it from being a 5 Star. Once the dishwasher was delivered to be installed by Geek Squad, we found out my current dishwasher was hardwire and the 500 series could not be hardwired. So we sent it back and called for electrician to install a plug under the sink. Then we arranged for the delivery/install again. This time the Geek Squad hired a 3rd party to do the install. The third party made the install and it resulted in foundation being exposed near the toe plate of the washer. Once I noticed this, I worked with the Geek Squad to come out and remedy the situation. The person that came out, this time from Geek Squad, found the install was not properly done and put on brackets behind the toe plate that were left off in the install.

I wanted the 800 but it wasn't in stock so I got this. With that being said this is a fantastic dishwasher. The top 3rd rack is all we need for our silverware and we don't use the lower basket at all. This gives us more room for an extra full load for our family of 5. We have only needed to use the Auto or Half Load settings both with the AutoAir being on. The middle rack is up/down adjustable along with a few of the tines. The lower rack has a row of adjustable tines. Nice and quiet opperation

The BOSCH 500 has shown itself to be a terrific dishwasher! I didn’t realize what a poor job my old dishwasher was doing. Now everything is clean and dry—even plastic ware.

Great dishwasher, can’t hear a thing during wash. It could glitch once a while needing a reset, that’s the only reason for loss of star.

I love my new dishwasher! It is soooo quiet and cleans unbelievably amazing. I have never purchased a Bosch appliance before and I am so happy that I was introduced to this brand by the sales rep that helped me. The price was not out of line with the other brands that I was looking at and the fact that it is environmentally better than most other dishwashers (Autoair & more) made it an easy choice. From the in-store purchase, to the delivery and installment, it all went smoothly. The Bunker Hill Houston, TX location made it painless for me.

I'm unsure if this unit is defective or if it's a result of poor build quality from the manufacturer. We've encountered issues with the latch and seal on this unit a couple of times since purchasing it last July 2022. Despite having Geek Squad address the problems on a couple of occasions, they seem to reoccur every few months. Although we've just surpassed the one-year warranty period, we'll wait and see what the outcome is this time. The primary concern revolves around the door, which fails to maintain a secure lock. While we can get it to work by manually pressing and holding the door closed, we can't realistically dedicate three hours to keeping it shut. There's a small magnet near the latch that makes contact with the door and initiates the cycle. My suspicion is that this magnet isn't strong enough to ensure the necessary closure for the cycle to proceed. Additionally, the seals on the interior seem flimsier compared to older models, and I can audibly hear them releasing water pressure before abruptly stopping the cycle. Having a reliable dishwasher significantly simplifies life, but the stress caused by this particular unit has prompted me to question the overall quality of the brand. Easy to install and it is super quiet. It's our dishes come out very clean and we LOVE the top rack for silverware. It was also very easy to install.

So far so great…. Only small complaint is that the door doesn’t automatically open at end of cycle like advertised.

This dishwasher came recommended by a friend. It works great, but every so often it has an odd smell. My friend said theirs never smells so maybe something is stuck in the food trap. But it looks great and has a sleek look so I can deal with an occasional odor.

We’ve had many brands of dishwashers over the years, but none have been nearly as good as the Bosch. Many of our friends raved about Bosch and we decided to get one last summer at our other home. We have been thrilled with it. When it came time to buy a new dishwasher for our winter home, we immediately decided to order and wait for another Bosch. We have it now and love it. It washes thoroughly and the air dry works well too. We especially like the quietness of this dishwasher!

Sleek contemporary design. Extremely quiet. Push buttons controls are simple and direct. I would purchase again.

I've only had it for a week and so far it's works fine. Everything comes out clean. Using the auto door open function most everything is dry. It seems to take less time to complete the process(with the normal setting) than my previous dishwasher, a Kitchenaid. The Kitchenaid was quieter than this Bosch but had reliability problems. I spent more on repairs in the time we had it than it costs to buy. The final straw was a leak which result in having to have the kitchen hardwood floor refinished. If the Bosch continues to preform well, I'd rate it Excellent

This dishwasher replaces a twelve year old Bosch, my favorite brand of dishwasher. Excellent job cleaning. I use the speed wash feature and auto dry which results in clean, dry dishes in just over two hours. Some of the other settings take too long to run or result in less dry dishes. The price was right on this model. Some Bosch models with the new crystal dry feature can get pretty pricey. This model, though not inexpensive, is fairly quiet and gets the job done.
