I've only had this dishwasher a few weeks, but so far I am very satisfied. It cleans well on any cycle. I am adjusting to the new way of loading dishes as it is quite different from my previous dishwasher. The only reason I just gave 4 stars rather than 5 is plastic items don't dry that well. When I researched dishwashers before I purchased, this seems to be true of most brands now.

I waited for over a year on another brand, but when this Bosch was available in white, I bought it as quickly as I could. Love how quiet it is. I actually have to look at the red light on the floor to see if it's working--it's that quiet. Don't know that I'm truly thrilled with it not having a heating element, but I love how well it cleans anyway.

Very quiet. Slightly different design than the traditional baskets up and down. But like the 3rd row on top. Plastics are a little damp when they come out. Plates and metal items are dry.

Nice finish and design. A very quiet machine and the red light on the floor lets you know when it is running. I wish it would dry glasses better instead of leaving small puddles on the base of glasses.

Extremely quiet. Developed an order after a few days of use. Debris found in filter. Easy to clean.

So far, very pleased. Very quiet and cleans everything great. I went 6 months without using a dishwasher, so probably some of my happiness is finally getting a working one. Looks wonderful, too.

I love my Bosch washing machine. Purchased back in May because old machine shorted out. 100 times better than the old machine I had. So many wash cycles and love the third tray. A must buy!

Very good dishwasher. Never had a Bosch before but guys installing said it was hands down better than all the other brands. Installation went fast and simple. Only thing was the cord was too short that Best Buy suggests and lucky the installation guys came prepared with a longer one which I had to pay additionally for so just be prepared for another 30+ dollar purchase. I am very happy with dishwasher.

Love the 3rd rack. It's perfect for silverware. It's nice being able to adjust the heights of the different racks. I like the adjustable tabs too. They allow me to fit different size items in the racks. Washer does a good job of cleaning overall. Sometimes I have to scrape food that's stuck on. I like the different settings. Find myself using speed 60 more often and seems to do just as good a job cleaning as the other modes.

Is living up to all our expectations, our goalwas to not hear it and it is very quiet.

This dishwasher is very quiet and it cleans the dishes better than I had hoped. The third rack is awesome.

Dishwasher was delivered on a Thursday without the junction box (needed for installation). Dishwasher was being installed on Friday. Bestbuy customer service said that order was marked delivered. Bestbuy suggested that I (not sure why I would have to call) call the driver to have him change the status to not delivered. In the meantime, I had to order and pay for another junction box to be picked up Friday for my dishwasher to be installed. Dishwasher is installed and it's working great. I still have call best buy customer service to get a refund for the junction box that wasn't delivered. Hoping the delivery guy changed the status. Fingers crossed.

Bought Bosch based on advice from previous/current owners. If you follow the instructions on use, this dishwasher works as promised and does a very nice job of cleaning AND drying.

Extremely quiet, without red light you wouldn’t know it was on and running.

We purchased this dishwasher from Best Buy because it was in stock and available for delivery. Well a month and 9 delivery attempts is what it took. Communication was atrocious. They often missed appointments without calling. The dishwasher is great. The instructions have been revised from what is originally in the box. Super quiet and dishes are dry. I don’t think I would ever buy another appliance from Best Buy again.
