Three rows are very useful. Gets dishes clean and dry. The auto-open feature is really nice. Would be nice if display showed when running, but it auto turns off.

Second Bosch Dishwasher (had one in old house before moving to current home) and couldn't be happier with it. They are great machines and do a great job while staying very quiet.

I am so glad I bought this Bosch 500 Series Dishwasher. I have plenty of room to putt all of my dishes, large bowls, pots and pans. I like the all the options I have in the cycle settings. I love the extra top utensil rack. I put all of my knives up there. The only shortfall is I have to rinse them up pretty good or it won't clean quite as good as I'd like. When I researched dishwashers, I found reviews that mentioned a smell after washing the dishes. I haven't really had that problem but I use the air dry setting, so I don't know if that makes a difference. Anyway, I'm pleased with my dishwasher and how it performs.

In the store, I could see the top controls under their counter. In my home I cannot. The expert who was sent to my home by Best Buy should have pointed out this problem and did not.

Great dishwasher! But...this is a replacement for the exact same one we had for 8 yrs. The "mother board" went bad. This new one is not as quiet as the old one. But still okay.

The dishwasher has preformed as I was told it would. Since this is my first dishwasher I don't have other experience to compare it with... it runs quietly and cleans well.

Awesome dishwasher! We have had other brands in the past, but this one does the job plus it was easy to install. HS plenty of room for dishes form 3 meals of a family of 5.

Performs as advertised. Does an excellent job of cleaning and drying dishes. Easy to use and a number of useful features such as sanitizing. A great feature with the concerns surrounding COVID-19.

This is great dishwasher. It is so quiet. I can only hear the water running. The dishes come out very clean. I love the design.

Very quiet!!! Coming from a Bosch dishwasher, I thought my old one was quiet but this one is whisper quiet!!! Dishes seem cleaner then with my old Bosch.

This machine is great and is our second one. It is quiet. It does a great job cleaning. The racks inside are very functional. We are very please with this purchase.

I won't buy anything else. I own a 500 series and the 800 series and almost think I like the design of the 500 better. It is just as quiet but I like the push style buttons over the flush and the top drawer is organized better.

Bosch dishwashers are by far the best on the market! They are incredibly quiet and do a fantastic job cleaning. I love my 500 series and won't ever go back.

Love this dishwasher. This new tech blows the old tech out of the water. It is so quiet it just sounds like it's raining outside, and doesn't interfere with conversation, radio, or TV. The shelves are better designed, especially the utensil drawer at the top; Just put them into slots with forks, knives, and spoons together, and you can scoop them out when clean and put them in drawers 10x faster than the old bucket style containers. And everything comes out fully clean! No need to "pre-wash" everything like we did with the old dishwasher.

Bought this after much research. My daughter has this model without the Auto Air. She loves hers but added that the Auto Air would make this dishwasher perfect and it does. No problem with wet dishes. Cleans, is quiet but so was my previous one that flooded my house. I hope this leak protection is true!

This dishwasher is amazing. It’s works well, seems solid built and is super quiet. We only wish we’d replaced our old dishwasher sooner.
