The upgraded options are fantastic and we’re very happy with our decision.

The third rack for silverware is very convenient. Would differently recommend Bosch. My last Bosch was 20 years old and it still worked great when I sold it last month.

Bosch is highly rated, so I am hopeful this will turn out to be a good purchase. I cannot provide specific ratings yet.

Third row is great for children silverware and spatulas. Lots of variable space for different sized dishes. Still has a lower silverware rack. I like the versatility of the spacing.

Our sales rep was polite and helpful and guided us to a replacement choice that was better than what we had originally planned to purchase. The install team was quick and friendly as well. We've had the dishwasher in place for about 2 weeks now and couldn't be happier. This thing is quiet and does an amazing job of cleaning, too! We'll be back to Best Buy for our next purchase!
