Bought another. Love my Bosch. Had one before and bought the same style. Soooo quiet and easy to use.

Brilliant. Install was a breeze. The utility hook-up locations and designs are well thought out. Someone actually figured out a way to make the entire process simple. The dishwasher is operationally efficient and precise. Having tested all the various wash cycles there is nothing but praise for this machine's capabilities. It is easily much quieter than the now "retired" Maytag that failed after only 2 years due to a faulty control panel. All the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils have finished clean, spotless and dry when using the correct cycle, and in this case, the correct detergent. Tried the free supply of dish detergent and rinse-aid (remain nameless) provided by Bosch but found it to be, let's say "weak". For this location, Cascade Platinum pods are better suited with managing the locally sourced "hard" water and providing the desired spotless streak-free results.

The installation went great cant say enough about Will was professional , quick and explained everything. Would recommend this service installer to anyone who asks

The dishwasher is very quiet and cleans well. Joe, our salesman was outstanding in finding a dishwasher in stock. The installer was excellent, he wanted the job done correctly even though it was late.

We just had this Bosch installed 2 days ago and it's working perfectly. We bought this on the recommendation of two people who use theirs often for their large families. That was enough recommendation for us!

excellent dishwasher, the dishes take about 2 hours to wash and you do not know if it is on until the water drains. A red light comes on at the bottom of the dishwasher and then turns green when done. very quiet

Outside of a little extra work to get the electrical box installed, the dishwasher has been excellent. We love how quiet it is!!! Even though this doesn't have a dedicated heater to dry the dishes, it has done a better job than our old dishwasher that did have a heater. Also, the dishes come out extremely clean so far. I especially like that it opens up after completion to allow for additional drying. I would highly recommend!

I found this to be the overall ‘Best Buy’ in a dishwasher. It has performed well above my expectations. Thank you to the professionals at the store who answered my hundreds of questions.

Bosch does it again with quality cleaning and it's super quiet

Great dishwasher!! Better customer service!!!! Bosch dishwashers are simply the best out there. This one replaced our old Bosch dishwasher that was 15 years old. We had some issues with installation with our plumbing. Not a Best Buy issue, but they still gave us a discount for how long the process took. Very happy customer!!!

So far, so good. It seems like a great dishwasher, and it is very quiet. The only issue I have with it is that you have to add a rinse agent or the machine will not go to the dry cycle. That isn't a big deal, but no one told us about it, so we had to call tech support to find out why our dishes were not getting dry.

After reading many reviews our choice of the Bosch 500 seems to meet our expectations. It has only been installed for a few days so I am unable to offer any overall details regarding operation of the unit.

It's met all my high expectations! Easy to use, super quiet, and very easy to install!
