It is so quiet that you only know it is running when you walk over to it and see the red light indicator on the floor. The wash cycle takes longer than my old washer, but it seems all of the newer more efficient washers have a longer cycle. I would recommend this washer as a replacement.

This one is so quiet. We are finding ourselves looking on the floor from time to time to see if the red light that shines down to indicate the dishwasher is on is still lit!

It’s brand new and It doesn’t clean well, even in the strongest wash. It is not finger print resistant, so we have to clean it every time we touch it.

Posted .Hi Rosa, Please accept our apologies for any problems you are experiencing with your dishwasher. The following tips may help you achieve better cleaning results.
1. Make sure the dishwasher filter (located at the bottom) is cleaned regularly. To learn how to remove it, refer to your owner's manual. To remove debris, wash it with soap and a soft brush under running water.
2. Make sure there is enough space between items when loading. Ensure that the spray arms can move freely after loading the dishwasher.
3. Add rinse aid. Review your owner's manual to learn how and where to add rinse aid. Rinse aid helps water droplets slide off dishware so water marks can't be seen.
4. Clean your dishwasher's spray arms. Make sure there are no blockages in the holes by running it under water. To remove debris from the holes, use a toothpick.
5. Run a dishwasher cleaner through the dishwasher (Finish dishwasher cleaner, or Glisten Dishwasher Magic can be used).
6. Make sure you are using the appropriate amount of detergent per the instructions.

BUT - the dishwasher smells when there are dirty dishes in it! I find I need to rinse the dishes to prevent any odors… I had my Whirlpool for 16 yrs and and it NEVER stunk! I bought a Bosch cause it was supposed to be the top of the line…boy was I fooled!

If this issue persists, we do recommend running a Quick Wash or Rinse/Hold cycle if you're gradually loading and holding dirty dishes in the machine until you're ready to run a full cycle. Great dishwasher

Quiet, has a neat light that projects on the floor when it’s running, and has a ton of space. I got this to replace my old dishwasher (that was only two years old..different brand). Family swears by Bosch and I’m happy so far!

The installation service was great. It was done by Antonio in an efficient and professional manner. He is very experienced and new what he was doing. I will definitly be shopping and using your service personnel again. Great Job

Quietest Dishwasher Ever!

However, if you choose normal wash the inside of the dishwasher is still very wet at the completion of the cycle; the only way it dries if Auto Air is selected. Also the racks are very difficult to load all of the dinner dishes even for a small family.

I do not like the racks on the inside. They’re very cheap compared to the previous model. I wish I would’ve kept the racks from the one that broke and put them in this model.

I ordered a Bosch model 500 Dishwasher on the BestBuy Website for delivery to my local store. Delivery was quick and pickup was easy! Superb process! The Bosch 500 Dishwasher was simple to install with basic knowledge and hand tools. Very quiet with multiple adjustable racks.

My less expensive Ascenta from years ago does a much better job. Too bad as I was looking forward to getting this nice unit - rather disappointed by it's performance

Using the top shelf for silverware is very convenient. I bend over less. There is more space on the lower shelves. Overall impression is the appliance is very quiet and well made.
