This seems to be the best dishwasher we have ever owned it was worth waiting a little while longer because of Covid.

I was worried after reading the reviews, about the drying feature but mine is doing great in that area. Glasses are sparkling.

The dishwasher works great. It is the quietest one I have ever had!

It cleans the dishes but does not have a heating element to dry the dishes you have to use Jet dry and that doesn't work that great. It is extremely quit and does wash the dishes.

Extremely quiet, great quality as always. Does a great job with washing the dishes and the third rack is a must have.

Bought this item and installed it. Unfortunately it had a bent door. Called Best Buy appliance dept. at the Chesterfield MI. location. Explained issue and they immediately sent a replacement. Love it, got the dishwasher we hoped for. Great product and exceptional customer service in the end.

A most have Dischwasher with several features not common in other name brands. Go for it is worthed the extras money.

Install was complete and installer ran a cycle everything seemed fine until two hours later when the unit continued to run. I looked for a manual to figure out what was wrong but Bosch does not provide one you have to go online and deal with it that way. I called Bosch customer service after determining that I had an E-15 error code. I was told that there was a problem with the motor and needed to kill the power at the circuit breaker or the motor would be destroyed. I was given two service centers to make the repair. This was not at all acceptable as this was brand new. Called Best buy and ordered a replacement kitchenaid unit as I no longer wanted a bosch product if this is what you get. The Kitchenaid unit works great with no issues to this point.

The Bosch dishwasher works great. I love the top/third rack which is great for knives and miscellaneous utensils and such. And the lack of a heating element at the bottom allows me to put plastics anywhere in the dishwasher.

Does an excellent job washing the dishes. They are definitely cleaner than when washed by our old dishwasher. Good installation instructions. But you need to go out to the Internet to get the full user manual.

My last dishwasher was a kitchen aid and it was far better than this Bosch. This one was rated 44 dB but my meters read 60+

Super quiet, great layout, adjustable in a variety of ways to accommodate pot/pans/lids. There is no heating element so instead the design draws water away from the dishes to the metal interior through condensation so keep the door closed for the full cycle to take advantage of this.

Guys did a great job Might have left some clothes in downstairs dryer Anyway of checking if someone found them ???

sleek appearance...is unbelievably quiet running...all 3 racks are terrific, and we love the top one used for silverware and smaller utensils. We are most happy with our purchase, and it was a good value.

Delays with delivery and installation were disappointing (supply chain and labor complications) but since my new Bosch 500 was installed, it's living up to expectations. Haven't needed the top (3rd) shelf much yet but nice to have it for whenever.

I had read up and deliberated between this and the KitchenAid dishwasher and wish I chosen the Kitchen Aid. the menu reviews that mention that it doesn't dry aren't an exaggeration- all your dishes will be left dripping- despite using rinse aid and cracking the door open right after it's done. the dishwasher doesn't clean dishes well at all- I tried having people come out a few times and all they could say is change the product to Finish pods (I did) make sure to keep the rinse aid updated (also done) and regularly buy finish dishwasher cleaning items as well. a lot of stuff with still unclear dishes at the end. I've tried aggressive pre-washing, scraping and not pre-washing and reading through online trouble shooting with no luck. I regret this purchase and do not intend to buy from the Bosch line to replace my other appliances.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and really made the difference of where to purchase our Bosch Dishwasher.

Love the fold down tines in the bottom rack and the top rack for silverware. Wasn't positive we needed the top rack but so glad now- more room in the bottom for pots without the silverware holder. Also love the pop open feature for drying.

So far so good, have owned a few weeks, class rack is kinda of different but love the top rack and bottom rack fits a lot of dishes. Very quiet. Not a lot more expensive than other similar dishwashers.

I have white gold on my china and I need a diswasher that would not etch the surface. This is perfect!
