Delivery was white glove. I was very impressed because a few weeks earlier I bought a washer and dryer from you and the delivery was horrible.

Wanted a side by side but most are a least 36 in. Wide and only had exactly 36 in. Opening. This refrigerator is a smaller version of the 36in Whirlpool version. Fridge door has 4 shelves and it’s height allows for a lot of bottles. 2 “crisper” compartments at the bottom. 3 shelves that can go in 4 different positions. Juice, milk, pitchers, etc. Due to the overall size and ice maker Freezer side is a bit small. A workable compromise if you want this type of fridge in a smaller size.

Looks nice in my kitchen. It’s a great size, and works beautifully. J don’t know what else to say other it’s doing what needs to be done. Ice and water line works great and was ease enough for me to hook up myself. Thanks to the manager at Best Buy that assisted me with my order.

I bought this fridge today, 11/5/2020. The delivery was fast and easy; however, the fridge was not what I expected. First, the freezer section is a lot smaller than what is shown in the pictures. They have a box of Dole Banana Dippers in the top shelf of the freezer door. I placed a calculator for size. the entire freezer section is not as big. Second, the shelves in the refrigerator door do not sit properly. I simply touch them and they come falling down. I have a vid but can't upload here NOT A GOOD BUY (at least the one I received)

So I purchased this for my son and his wife but was not sure of the quality. Well let me tell you this far exceeded my expectations for a fridge price at less than $1,000. This fridge is roomy, modern, and fits perfectly into a space that is not the conventional size for a full-size fridge. Very happy with this product so far.

Decent size. Enough room. Ice maker very noisy, but makes plenty of ice. Ordered 9/19. Received 11/28!

We bought the black version of this refrigerator, and had it installed in early October 2019. So far, we love it and it’s working great. It also looks nice. (We haven’t noticed any loud noise that others have mentioned; we think it’s nice and quiet.). We had limitations as far as size of refrigerator that would fit in the allotted space in our kitchen. This fit perfectly, and we would buy it again. We think it’s a great value at a good price. The only bad part was that the refrigerator was on back log so our original confirmed delivery date (which was confirmed by email) was removed without us receiving a follow up email or telephone call. I fortuitously noticed on my Best Buy app that the delivery date no longer appeared and called in and was told it had to be moved out.

Looks great, compact and keeps everything cool. Water line was easy to connect. Love it

first delivery was a joke, what was delivered was an open box. Then I had to reschedule another date of delivery. When it finally arrived, it was a joke hauling/ relocating it. The fridge itself is of decent size, enough space for a small family. Prize is also decent. It does work great and the features that I needed are in there so I am good.

Great product. Looks and works great. Got this refrigerator for extra food storage. It fit perfectly in my garage.

This fridge is great to have especially if you have a small kitchen. The freezer is a little small.

Excellent fridge for the price. I live in a very old house with non-standard kitchen cabinets. This was the shortest fridge I could find that would fit in my fridge alcove. The ice and water in the door is a nice plus for the price but it's design is difficult to use with taller glasses. I'm not complaining at this price.

Good looking refrigerator. No need to push buttons when dispensing ice then water. The freezer is smaller and more narrow than my other, similar refrigerator. It operates well but don't open or close the door too fast. Doing so easily loosens one or more of the shelves. One of mine finally cracked from it's third fall to the floor.

We are so happy with this purchase. It just fit in our tight little spot. It looks beautiful and has the water in the door. We were very happy with the two delivery men that came out. They were both very polite and seemed to honestly car about the service. Great Job!

We had to make the purchase online so I was worried about our measurements, however everything was exactly as described and the fridge fit perfectly. Since we ordered during the pandemic we had to move the fridge inside and set it up by ourselves which made us nervous but we got everything up and running. So far its been great. Cool food, cooler freezer, ice and water all work.

Purchased in Boston for delivery in Chicago. Thank god for Best Buy always there when I need them. Fridge is best possible size for side-by-side in my small kitchen space. Great appearance.

We liked this item a lot because of the Amana name. We were wrong. First, I think the design is horrible! The cold air from the freezer is used to cool the refrigerator. This means any single failure will cause a failure in both the freezer and refrigerator. Also, because of the airflow design, if you improperly load either side, especially the upper shelves, it causes the lower sections to get warmer. This was bad enough, but we woke up one morning to find the refrigerator tepid and everything in the freezer melting. We called a technician to come and make the repair. He let us know a known issue with the defrost board caused the issue. Amana has known about this for a while, but rather than notify their customers, they wait until the board fails and then repair it. Only if it's under warranty, otherwise the consumer bear the cost. This is unacceptable!! Most everyone registers their appliance so Amana knows who bought the defective refrigerator, so they could have notified those who made the purchase. This would have been better than losing several hundred dollars in food because we weren't aware there was an issue. We will never buy anything from Amana, since they obviously don't care about their customers.

It is the fridge that fit in our space. The first one didn't stay cold, getting a replacement from Best Buy was fairly painless. The replacement is, so far, working as intended. It's a teeny bit loud when the ice maker is refilling.

This is a great fridge for the price point. Good lighting, water and ice maker works great, and plenty of room in the fridge. The freezer is locking space but I have an extra freezer so it doesn't bother me. But of this is your only freezer, I would think twice.

great frigerated cold water and keeps things fresh. Freezer is a bit small and the ice dispenser and water dispenser are too close. Hard to not get water when trying for ice.
