My brother-in-law purchased a Miele, but this Bosch dishwasher is nearly identical for half the price and more features. Couldn't be happier. It washes a fair amount of dishes for how small it seems. Also I have to mention-it is so quiet! If it wasn't for the front panel showing it was running, it would be very hard to tell. Even the plumber installing it wasn't sure. We couldn't figure out how to get it up and going but called Bosch customer support and hardly any wait time and solved our problem in no time! Very happy all around with this purchase. Dishes come out better than our portable whirlpool did. I love being able to see how much time remains from the front panel and app is kind of neat too. Love the third rack and flip down tines options, very versatile.

Love these 18inch Bosch dishwashers. We have a small kitchen and its perfect for our 2 person home. Best Buy is also the best big box to order your large appliances from for warranty purposes. Only thing is ALWAYS have them deliver directly to your home, unpackage and examine for damage while the truck is still there. We picked the first dishwasher from the store, since we'd had problems before with other store deliveries of the same item. We watched a single person manhandle the dishwasher into our truck. Made the mistake to not unpacking it since we still needed to drive it home. When we arrived home and unwrapped, it had 2 large dents in the door of course. Called Best Buy and we had to wait 2 more weeks for return and replace. The second one was delivered perfectly, we have it installed now and it is amazing. Only thing is the removal of the water softener-salt dispenser for hard water households. Almost certain this will shorten the life of this version.
