this is a beautiful refrigerator I love the counter depth. It fits a lot of food. I was concerned about the price tag, but it's a dream. Worth the money. I had this price matched from lowes so i saved. The fruits and veggies do last longer. Best buys delivery team is the BEST. They didn't scratch my floors, removed my old refrigerator and helped me repair the frig when it came a tiny scratch.

This is the quietest refrigerator i have ever owned!! It looks great and works great, with a large ice tray and water dispenser inside the freezer. The best thing ever!!

LOVE THIS FRIDGE!!! We initially bought a KitchenAid counter-depth fridge through Best Buy based on how beautiful it was and did not do any research. We knew within two days of owning it that we needed to return it. Best Buy made it so easy to return and we replaced it with this Bosch 800 series fridge. We've now had it about a month and love it so far. There are only two of us, so may not be great for larger families, but for us, it's perfect! The fruit/veggie drawer really does keep produce fresh so much longer than any fridge I've previously used. The freezer is great and we really love the ice. We work from home and so we use the ice and water daily/nightly. I thought that opening the fridge over and over throughout the day to get water would be annoying, but I actually like it and really appreciate that there is no water on the outside of the fridge.

Quiet running refrigerator nicely designed plenty space for a countertop refrigerator. Well worth the $$$$$ plus, it’s made here in USA parts not as hard to get if needed as are foreign made products.

This is a great appliance, I would have like for it to be finger print resistant and that is the only down fall. The app is useful for letting you know when one of the doors has been left open. The shape of the ice is great and it makes ice quickly. The reviews that that say the water dispenser trickles water is only true the first few times you use it. After that it works fine.

Withiut a doubt this is a quality refrigerator and while Bosch may have had some issues with some of their COVID-era build quality, i didnt experience sny issues with the ice maker, stainless steel tarnishes, etc. that some others experience. However, it is clear that there are some questionable design choices on this model. 1/ Having no handles leads to a fingerprint priblem. This model isnt one of those that has a fingerprint resistant surface and dont let anyone tell you otherwise. You will be policing these doors all the time because your gran point lend themselves to people touching the doors and you will be clearing those smudges all the time. 2/ Similarly, the bottom teo doors have design elements on angles that face inward, so any dust, crumbs, spills, from thr main fridge area start to collect in those pockets and they are VERY hard to clean 3/ while the ice maker works exceptionally well for me, once it fills up you will find that scooped ice will frequently fall behind the ice trough and into the freezer area below it. Not often to cause real concern, but definitely enough to be an annoyance if your family doesnt churn through a lot of ice on a daily basis.

I was skeptical with a counter depth fridge but this one delivers. I am better at storage. and I don’t lose food in the back. This fridge is laid out very efficiently. The ice maker is great and the water dispenser works very well. I wipe the surface with a soft cloth to keep the finger prints down. Easy to clean.

Love it except for the fingerprints, wife is still getting use to the right door which needs assistance to close when the left one is closed. Using the alarm to ensure she remembers to properly close the door. Ice maker is great!!! Haven’t had an issue with running out of ice. Wife LOVES the produce drawer, haven’t had an issue with our vegetables wilting or going bad (have had some herbs and vegetables in it for over a week).

Absolutely love this fridge. We got this after our original one malfunctioned for some reason but the AMAZING customer service from Bosch replaced it and we purchased it. Downside was that price had gone up $400 during the pandemic! Aside from that, the look is sleek and I love that there are no visible handles that stick out. There are extra drawers in freezer that make it easier to store smaller items. The ice maker is very quiet. The alarm on doors remind us when door is ajar. Overall just wonderful and beautiful looking.

We chose Bosch over other brands because we heard a lot of quality issues in other brands, and also this is the only brand in the price range that offers dual compressor. In addition, the fridge is made by Bosch themselves, I heard some previous Bosch models are made by other company and just with Bosch badge, I hope it lives up to the Bosch name just like their dishwashers. On usage, the fridge is awesome, it is so quiet and keeps the food cold and fresh, the middle drawer keeps the fruits and veggies fresh, got tons of storage and lots of racks, you can find those out watch reviews online. The only surprise that you can't find from online review is that, the fridge is a bit taller than the other brands, maybe it's a German thing? The fridge has a height of 72 inches and we had to cut a little of our cabinet for it to fit, buyers beware. All in all, we love this fridge!

Sleek counter-depth fridge that blends well with surrounding kitchen cabinets. Adjustable shelves come in handy, & ice-maker works really well. So far, so good.

Bosch has gone next level on aesthetics and convenience. I love the icemaker because it just flat out works. If you don’t mind getting ice from the bottom drawer this refrigerators is for you. If you have to have the on door ice dispenser this may not be your best bet. Very dependable and great with keeping veggies and fruit fresh! My only negative is finger prints on the front- make sure you buy stainless steel wipes.

Love the sleekness and the no handles, roomy and the spacious ice capacity and water dispenser. Don't have the dispenser on front door front.

LOVE this refrigerator! I especially love the no-mar SS finish. Fingerprints rub right off with a soft cloth! The glass shelves make for easy clean up, no little crevices for crumbs to hide. The food stays very cold and the veggie drawer keeps produce fresh for weeks. Love the shape of the ice and the shelves in the freezer too. The recessed handles look sleek. This refrigerator in the counter depth style is a bit taller than most, so be sure to measure your space. Best Buy had the best price too!

After countless hours of research, product comparisons, reading reviews and speaking to appliance associates we purchased this Bosch 800 Series fridge. The fridge was delayed over two months, but this was during the beginning of the Covid season. We were concerned that 20.5 Cu Ft. was going to be too small, but its perfect. Plenty of room for everything we need in the kitchen. We do have a garage fridge for beers and what not. It looks good, and runs well. The ice cube maker is nice, and not too loud. The water dispenser inside the fridge is great, as it keeps the doors looking clean. It is not a finger print free design, but wipes down easily. We made the right decision going with Bosch, it was well worth the wait.

We purchased this refrigerator to replace an older refrigerator that came with the home we recently bought. After looking at Samsung, LG and others, we were concerned that we could not find a refrigerator that had a low repair/issue rate (especially with ice makers). However, the more we read about Bosch the more we found ourselves drawn to this refrigerator. With no handles to get caught on and a water dispenser tucked inside, it was a no-brainer decision that this one was for us. We have owned this refrigerator for only a few weeks now, but have been impressed by the ice maker, how cool it keeps the food and the convenience of the shelving system. However, there are some draw backs. Because this is a counter depth refrigerator, you definitely lose some space and it is more noticeable in the freezer section. Also, while the adjustable flex bar is a cool feature, it isn't that functional for us as a family. Overall this is a good refrigerator and we are happy with our purchase.

We got this because the door ice dispenser went bad on our LG. Absolutely love this model. The inside water dispenser works great and works for anything from the size of a small cup to a large pitcher. Also love scooping the ice from the freezer. It's much handier for large gatherings. The dual compressors make it run very quiet.
