The product is OK - nothing special - very expensive. Delivery and install service was a rip off. Long story - I won’t bore you with details. Bottom line: the crew they sent artfully ripped me off. Hopefully your install crew are capable and honest. I wouldn’t recommend the product and I give a strong warning regarding installation services.

Generally I like it. However, seemingly, it couldn’t stop the dropping water.

I thought having the ice maker inside the machine would solve the problem of ice cubes melting and getting stuck inside the door. Hasn't worked at all and the Ice Maker keeps breaking. I've always been a Bosch fan, but this has definitely turned me off.

The fridge itself is really nice, great looks, great functionality, I am giving only 4 stars because our came without the bosch sign on the front.

Nice . we had an issue in the beginning with something being loose in the back and making a very annoying noise but Bosch took care of it. Best Buy is useless

The two men that came by to deliver the refrigerator were awesome. They were professional and personable. I would have them come by and deliver anytime.
