Great product, looks amazing installed, couldn't ask for a better purchase here.

Really liked the fridge for lots of reasons. However, we RETURNED IT TO BEST BUY because of the following... Best Buy team is horrible regarding their commitments, scheduling, delivery, repairs of *damage they caused* or any kind of support or followup beyond taking your money. I decided to return the fridge and pay more for one elsewhere after: (1) BestBuy delayed our delivery a week just hours before they were supposed to arrive with it, and 2 days after they confirmed they were coming with it, (2) delivery guys damaged the fridge & my house (including custom concrete steps), (3) delivery guys assembled the handles incorrectly and other issues, (4) delivery guys fled the scene when I was on hold with Best Buy about it and told them to wait, (5) Best Buy subcontracts delivery so said I had to talk to them, BUT didn't know what company it was, subcontractor I finally tracked down didn't know what employees it was, (6) repeated contacts to the salesperson got promises to talk to his manager for 2 weeks straight, no response from manager who was included on emails, (7) had to schedule 2 different visits from different teams for the fridge handle/door install issue and the actual broken part issue, (8) broken part required yet another wait & visit for the part, and called at the time he was supposed to arrive to install it to say it wasn't in and would be a few more days (note I've taken time away from work to be available for the appointments they keep no-showing), (9) gave them our money in late Oct, now in January and have a broken step & other damage to door jambs etc and waiting on response from the sub-contractor's insurance who wants me to jump through a bunch of hoops. DON'T BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM BEST BUY/PACIFIC SALES and save yourself this grief & more I didn't even list. Sales person was Mykael Morgan, manager Charles, District Manager Dave Kellerman.

Works great. Lots of interior space and the ice maker is quick!

Best refrigerator I have ever owned. I have three homes three new refrigerators this is the best of all. It started out making ice very slow but now I can't use it up fast enough. It keeps vegetables meats in separate trays at different temperatures, food last so much longer.

Still becoming familiar with our new fridge. Doors are genius! Door-ajar warning tone can be annoying when you leave it open on purpose. Easy to clean and feels far more energy efficient than any previous refrigerators. One minor issue: middle drawer does not fit as snugly as we'd like (will request another). Overall, efficient and well-made!

The counter matching design looks great and fits the kitchen well.

Great Fridge so far! Would reccomend to others. Love the look of it.
