Freezer broken in 2 months

The freezer is beautiful and looks an amazing. However, it stopped working 2 months after I purchased it. The alarm went off at night all of the sudden and food all melted. Product quality is really questionable.

The fridge was delivered 1/6/24 and delivery/installation was great. BUT the manual states ice maker won't start producing ice for 24 hours. THREE DAYS LATER NO ICE. More than 2 hours on 2 phone calls with Bosch and: I have followed every instruction to restart multiple times and nothing works; Bosch provided the names of 3 repair people, 2 of them are no longer in business and the 3rd one isn't returning calls; Bosch is basically doing nothing to correct the problem.
