Good appliance for the price. Paid too much for floor model and did discover a few problems with refrigerator after installation. Saved a little money by buying 'open box,' but would choose 'new' next time given the cost savings, etc.

This fridge is okay. The only issue I have is that it’s not a lot shelf space for y’all items like juice, soda, or tall water bottles beside on the doors. Otherwise it has lots of storage space. Everything else is all good.

On my third fridge because the first two came with dents across the top(s) of the door(s). The third did as well but a door was swapped out with fridge number two. Now, after three months fridge #3 is making a constant rattling noise. Disaster. Run away from this fridge.

Bosch will not replace warped drawers and Best Buy says its my responsibily to get drawers replaced! Are you kidding me?

Excellent refrigerator/freezer and looks so attractive!

A retraction arm to the freezer broke within one year of use. Service tech replaced one arm today, but the other arm appears to have become damaged as a result of the initial defect. So we have a second service call in another week. In the meantime, we have to wedge the freezer door closed with shims on the bottom.

I have total tech. Freezer drawer closes smoothly. Upper doors won't close unless you push hard. In fact they tend to open out and stay open without help. Tech said to contact Bosch. Bosch hold time to schedule appointment is 45 minutes. Beware.

After 28 days the flap on the French door stopped working correctly so the door won’t close properly causing to have to close it manually. It took 3 calls for Best Buy to finally agree to come and take a look at it, I’m still waiting for them to show up. They suggested I call Bosch but gave me a bogus number.

I had to reschedule 3 times for three weeks. It was a waste of my time. I ended up getting my refund. They kept loosing my info. You guys are a joke. I will never get appliances from you guys

This refrigerator was delivered with a big dent on the front door. I have to wait a month for the new one. I am happy with refrigerator

The door is difficult to shut and often gets left open!!

Nice looking fridge. It quit making ice in less than one month. Unacceptable for the price point.

Be careful with rebates, Bosch promotions usually don’t honor a purchase through Best Buy. Fridge is ok.

You gave me the wrong scratch and dent fridge. How does this happen??? There were two. One has more dents. Really. You gave me that one???

We purchased this fridge as part of a total kitchen renovation, and are so happy with the purchase. I did a lot of research and settled on the Bosch 800 fridge due to the positive reviews, more reasonable price, and looks (I didn't want an ice maker/water on the outside). So far the fridge has performed beyond our expectations, it is very quiet, makes a ton of ice, and looks fabulous. Best Buy made the purchase and delivery very easy, a few days after I purchased the fridge it was delivered to our door and brought inside for free!

The first thing I checked on this refrigerator was does it keep things cold. I used a thermocouple in a jar of water to get a correct average temp. All parts of the box including the veg/fruit drawers were spot on or within 1 Deg of the setting. What surprised me was that the veg fruit draws were at 32 deg as set, some 9 degrees colder than the main box as advertised. This keeps fruit and veggies in better shape longer. I have not seen this feature in other refrigerators. I did not expect this to really work. There are lots of options as to how to set the various parts of the main box and they all work! Read the manual before you buy and be convinced. The layout is very functional. The freezer layout is very good with the shelves allowing the contents to be organized and allowing easily accessed without digging in a jumble of frozen packs. The meat drawer in addition to Veg/Fruit drawers also helps keeping things organized. The ice maker is fast and the Ice is just the right size. I replaced a taller built in with this Bosch and feel that I have more storage space and better function. I wish I could give it 10 stars.

Amazingly quiet, can't hear it running unless we stand right in front of it. Can't hear ice maker until it drops ice cubes into ice cube tray but every refrigerator ice maker makes more noise that this one. Delivery & installation was truly perfect. They worked hard & didn't leave until everything was perfect & all our questions were answered. Who does that these days? These people do!

Best ice making frig we ever had. We love ice and our family of six always had to go to the store and buy 10 lb. bags of ice twice weekly. Not any more, this frig makes more ice daily than we can use. Both the cold water and ice tastes great.
