Got this dishwasher as a replacement for our 2019 Bosch dishwasher that kept displaying the same error code beginning last summer. Took many months of repairs and waiting before geek squad replaced it for us last month but thankfully their warranty made sure we didn’t have to pay too much out of pocket. So far it is working great and does the job well.

Its replaced a kitchenaid with bottle washer for our morning smoothie routine. I was worried it would not have the washing power, but it has been great. It is very quiet, so you start looking at lights to know its on. The software to control the delay is kludgy. Delays are a simple way to target utility costs, so making a delay harder to use is frustrating. So far during the honeymoon period its been great. The depth in the mounting requires the water value to be vertical or sideways for the hose connection, that requires a little work, but thats not really a Bosch thing. It was expensive, so I hope it keeps up the great work.

We couldn’t be happier with our Bosch 800 Series dishwasher. From the moment we started using it, it was clear that this machine is in a league of its own. It’s whisper-quiet — you genuinely have to check the lights to know it’s running! That alone makes it worth it, but the performance is where it really shines. Our dishes come out sparkling clean, even without pre-rinsing. The adjustable third rack is a huge plus, making it easy to fit silverware, cooking utensils, or those odd-shaped items that never seem to fit anywhere else. And with the flexible tines and spacious interior, we can load a full day’s worth of dishes — pots, pans, and all — without any issues. The drying power is also impressive, especially with the AutoAir feature that pops the door open at the end of the cycle. Everything, even plastics, comes out dry and ready to put away. We’ve owned other dishwashers in the past, but the Bosch 800 Series is on a whole different level — efficient, sleek, and built to last. It’s easily one of the best upgrades we’ve made to our home. Highly recommend!

After a year of use, I have to say, its a great dishwasher. A little noisier than i expected but still a lot quieter than my previous one. It really cleans everything well, and dries very well. Very satisfied with my purchase,

The dishwasher runs quietly, the auto program runs 2 hours which properly cleans the dishes, but feels a bit long. The shelving isn't as practical as the older Bosch models, but overall I am happy after 3 weeks of use.

You barely know this thing is running until it discharges the tub. I can't believe how quiet it is. Having the extra rack at the top for flatware is a must have for me going forward now, I can't believe how useful that turns out to be. Everything comes out spotless from glasses to pots and pans with hard custed on food. I love the movable rack and rack parts that really let you customize the space for a load, and the crystal drying tech is absolutely amazing.

So glad I went with this model! I was torn between a few different brands and models and ultimately ended up with the 800 series. BEST dishwasher I’ve ever used. Dries perfect and runs absolutely silent. 10/10 recommend.

Having problems with drying items. They had a repairman out to adjust the drying time. We will see if that helps? the sales people need to be trained better on what they tell you. This product only comes with one solver basket. The sales person told me more than once it comes with 2. The sales person also told me more than once when checking on which dishwasher to buy, that it is the best drying dishwasher their is. There will nor be water on top of coffee cups or on plastic dishes. There are. Both repair men that had been out to the house said that there will be water on top of dishes with little indents on them, and plastics that have lips on them as well. My 19 year old whirlpool dishwasher cleaned as well and dried dishes the same at this Bosch. Even with rinsing the dishes one has come out dirty from the Bosch dishwasher. I am disappointed that all the things said, about it are not different than my old dishwasher. But it is tremendously quieter. It is so quiet you can hardly tell it is washing dishes. It is great with being the quiet dishwasher I have heard. which is great for us with the kitchen so close to the family room while watching TV. It does clean most of the ring out of coffee cups, but not all of the ring inside the cup. Really depends on what you are looking for in a dishwasher. I don't k ow if we have a lemon or if all of the Bosch are over rated and over priced? It is a good dishwasher, but it does not do what all I was told it would. My old dishwasher did as well but I did soak the dishes and used a scratch pad on the cups before putting them in my old dishwasher.

This is our second Bosch 800 dishwasher after our first one bought during the COVID supply chain mess (likely an out of box unit?) from an online vendor five years ago developed a leak in the pump and the repair cost outweighed getting a new one. This updated 800 model is GREAT and we are loving the custom settings through WiFi (favorites wash cycle and reduced Finish rinse aid). One complaint is the WiFi connectivity drops easily and too much hassle to set up again so we just gave up on it as our dishes are super clean and the unit is very quiet.

Cleans dishes well. Like 3rd top rack for silverware ect. So quiet that at first, hard to tell it’s running if not for indicator light on door. Crystal dry works but still leaves liquid on top of dishes where puddles can sit. WiFi text feature for operation status nice plus. Install easy. Water/electric/drain hook up in rear not underneath as with most or older other models. Hard to view after install if any leaks because bottom is closed off from front. I’m sure this helps with sound but makes final install check for leaks difficult. Posting this here as my Bestbuy install review of one star doesn’t get posted. Bestbuy install lacks expertise. At the initial dishwasher install the installers indicated they needed to remove my original dishwasher valve and put in a cheaper one for additional $125. I called Bestbuy and needed to wait 24 hrs until they reviewed the initial installers notes. After calling the next day they rescheduled another install days later and said they could install leaving my original valve in. The second installers came and gave the same story as the first installers. It wasn’t so much the additional install charge but as an engineer I knew this was not right. Both installers could only install one way and could not handle a slightly different set up. Hands must be tied by their management to only install one way. I have installed numerous dishwashers over the years, but however as I was recovering from a stroke, I had decided to have it installed due to Bestbuy’s ‘free install’ promotion. This proved to be a mistake and as such decided to have it installed myself. It is now installed with my original valve and working great. Simple. I also found after the dishwasher was unpacked that both the install and electrical box kits Bestbuy said I needed to purchase was not the case. Seems Bestbuy service and expertise is not there. Very disappointed and will go elsewhere next time.

You won't believe how dishes and glasses sparkle when you take them out of this dishwasher. It's quiet and incredibly effective, and for those reasons we love it so far. I don't think it dries as well as my older one, despite the "crystal" technology, but that doesn't bother us too much. It dries well enough. Where we're a little confused is the racks, especially the second, top rack where we put glasses and bowls. There doesn't seem to be any way to position glasses so they won't bump against each other every time you pull the rack out and in. It's like the wild west up there, unlike our old one of a different brand which had spines in the right places and kept everything orderly. The bottom rack spines are very close together which worried me at first, but the dishes come out clean anyway so maybe that just saves a ton of space. So I'm docking a star for that strange second rack, unless someone can show me a system that I'm missing. But for cleaning and shine, I doubt you can beat this machine.

I purchased 2 exact same dishwashers. One arrived in perfect condition. The other one had indentations on each side of the bottom of the door. Almost as if something in the inside was putting pressure on it and created this symmetric imperfection. Disappointing since the purchase was expensive and one of the units shipping was delayed.

I love how quiet this dishwasher is. I also like the light on the pocket area which tells me it is on, otherwise I wouldn’t know. Adjustable shelves are great. Wine glasses are spotless when done. I haven’t connected to wi-fi yet, but my son also has a Bosch. He states it is great for stating when filter needs cleaned and more jet dry is needed. Highly recommend!!!

Actual on-0nsite buying experience was very good. Other follow up areas need improvement: 1. Phone access process to the Sales person is very bad - there wasn't a way to get to the salesman!; 2. Installation had to be rescheduled and this process was very bad - got transferred from department to department, and still didn't get a clear answer. Looks like the process is highly automated and this is not good.

This is my second Bosch dishwasher. My first one lasted 20 years. I just wanted to upgrade and this new model is so energy efficient and Quiet !! I highly recommened this series.

It is working as expected and Bosch quality shows through. I'm yet to try out the App features. If people are trying to see if they need to buy this vs the next level for lower noise level, the 800 is absolutely noiseless unless you bend close to the unit to listen. The top rack for silverware is good and saves a lot of space as we don't use the basket at all. I wish the basket design was two detachable pieces instead of one long one. That could make it more customizable in use. The arrangement of the dishes both in middle and bottom will take getting adjusted to. I particularly like the soap dispenser unit being at the top. This eliminates the common problem of dispenser not opening due to an obstruction. I chose to go with the unit without the jutting handle given it is a bit cheaper and looks more modern and elegant. I would recommend that unless you want the handle to hang towels or such. Overall working great. Make sure to get the 5 yr warranty as this unit is NOT cheap!

The dishwasher is extremely quiet. Using the correct dishwashing detergent and various cycles produces the cleanest and driest dishes we have ever experienced from any dishwasher we have owned.

Machine is easy to load and unload. It is whisper quiet. It does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes.

This dishwasher is the best! It is so quiet that I've forgotten it was on more than once. We've had it for over a year now, and there have been no issues.

Love our dishwasher!! We debated if we wanted to spend this much money on a dishwasher, but so many people kept telling us it’s completely worth its price. We’d now have to agree! The ONLY downside to this is how long the cycles are, but we are a family of 8 and have never not completely emptied our sink of dirty dishes when we’ve ran a cycle. Get the Bosch!
