First off, I can't give it 5 stars for the simple reason is that the light indicates only running or not. This was over a thousand dollars and there is no "clean" indication so other household members put dirty dishes in with the clean one. The light should turn green or something. Other than that we like the look and how it cleans. Very quiet. This is the first time having a third rack, I have really come to like that. It seems to hold a lot of dishes and glasses. Certain large or odd shape items are more challenging to place such as 13x9 baking dish. It is a bit expensive but I am not sure there is a better choice out there.

Bosch just makes great dishwashers. Super quiet and it looks great in my new kitchen.

We've had marginal experience with dishwashers over the years, with the predecessor of this Bosch 800 series dishwasher being rendered useless after a critical part had been discontinued. We settled on the Bosch 800 series after doing a lot of research, because we did not want to get stuck with another mediocre dishwasher. So far we have not needed to rewash anything that we've put into this dishwasher, and have been extremely happy with the features and operation of it. By the way, it is VERY quiet which has made the lack of a delayed start not a big deal. The crystal dry takes a bit of time too, so if you're in a hurry you might need to hand-dry a few items but since we let it run overnight that has not been a problem either. Side note, it does come with a power cord compatible with the proprietary connection on the back of the unit so the hardwire option isn't completely necessary if you can make the standard power cord work for your situation. We did need to cycle it a few times to get rid of the "No Water Supply" error message we were getting at initial start-up.

Very good product! Extremely quiet, barely hear it running a cycle. Instructions say run on hot water line but my Best Buy installers hooked it to a cold line and said that Bosch runs on cold.

The customer service was Amazing however when I brought the dishwasher home it was the wrong model we wanted, but it was the more expensive one by $ 50 and we can live without the handle

After all , this this is the best dishwasher out there. I’ve had probably 3-4 brands in my life and always thought that buying a Bosch dishwasher was just paying extra for an expensive brand. But I’ve changed my mind entirely from the experience tooth this dishwasher. Very happy with the way it washes all types of dishes. I can’t hear it unless I put my ear next to it ( almost touching it with my ear) good thing that I’ve ordered the one that shows with an LED light when it is working /washing. Never will I buy any other brand.

This dishwasher has been a massive upgrade in our household. When our old dishwasher died, i wasn't sure what we would get next. Through all the research, Bosch seemed like the only way to go and of course I had to buy it through Best Buy. Their customer service and delivery was top notch and we had a fully functional and fully installed appliance in no time. Onto the performance....this dishwasher is a beast. The top 3rd utensil basket is a game changer and the fact that there is no exposed heating element allows for plastics to be put on the bottom row which is wonderful. I don't think there is another dishwasher at this price point that competes, and dont think there is anyplace other than Best Buy that you should purchase it from.

It does a fantastic job. But I am somewhat uncomfortable with the hidden controls and lack of a "finished" light or indicator.

Replaced my 20 year old Bosch dishwasher. Old one was great and lasted 20 years. So far, the new one meets all expectations

The Bosch dishwasher is doing a great job cleaning the dishes with no rinsing. It's very quiet. I haven't figured out the best way to load it yet, It doesn't seem to hold as much as my last dishwasher. The organization of the racks is not typical. Also there is only a small section for cutlery. The top shallow shelf is supposed to substitute for this.

This is our second one. The previous model lasted almost 8 years. We could’ve had it fixed, but chose to go with the newer options on this one. This one does a phenomenal job at cleaning and drying. If your tech geek, you can also control it and monitor it by your phone..

The best dishwasher I have ever owned. Has a great screen filter that is easy to clean. HINT- Rinse and wash the filter weekly, rinse your dishes, and use a good, approved dishwasher detergent and you will not be disappointed. Love the silverware tray on the 3rd level

Once you understand how to use the features & how to stack the racks this dishwasher is awesome. Certainly worth the money! Keara at the Avenues location in Jacksonville was incredible in her knowledge for this product & the washer & dryer we bought. Loved her & thank you for your excellent customer service! You will need rinse aid for sure. Remarkable difference when you do.

This dishwasher is AMAZING!! So quiet you don’t even know it’s running. It’s everything we could’ve asked for after 10+ years with a very noisy dishwasher.

Great dishwasher. Took a little time to figure out loading for my use. Control panel is a little finicky but easy to use when doing same settings. The one negative is no finish light. Confusing for visitors . Just have to remember to tell everyone.

Fantastic Dishwasher. Still figuring out all the different positions for the shelves and whatnot. Insanely quiet, like if it isn't flipping tupperware lids around with the water pressure you can't even tell it's running. This is super important for us since the kitchen is right next to the living room. YOu used to be able to hear the old dishwasher clunking and grinding over whatever you were watching on TV. Cleans dishes super well and the filter is easily accessible for cleaning. Installation was a breeze, I've literally never installed a DW before and I got it done in a couple of hours.
