Never thought I could love a dishwasher but this one does it all. Incredibly quiet, cleans well even on the Express Cycle which I am tending to use so that I can empty the dishwasher sooner. Is very compact yet has flexibility to accommodate our family loads. We bought a custom panel so it discreetly fits in well with the kitchen cupboards.

The machine is ok. My problem is with the 3rd drawer in can't put stem ware wine glasses in middle shelf and dinner dishes on the bottom. Manual shows stemware on the bottom, my bottom shelf has all perminant vertical splines no way could a stem glass be safely placed there.

This unit has proven to be even better than expected. It does a fantastic job at getting all my dishes clean and is so quite I hardly know its running. I love the flatware tray. Keeps all items separate while so there's never a surprise when putting them away.

Except for the so so drying ability this is a wonderful DW. It is versatile and runs incredibly noiselessly.

The best dishwasher I have ever owned and I have had plenty! I have seen very consistent level of clean dishes and have not been using as much detergent which is a huge deal for me as it puts more money back into my pocket.

Bosch is a no brainer for a high end dishwasher. Its quiet and works well. The parts and interiors are made of high quality parts. You won't be disappointed with this dishwasher.

Has not been completely installed (panel could not be attached because installation pieces were missing). "Overnited", but found out the next day that the parts were on backorder. Cannot get it to start most of the time even though I've read the manual many times. Does not 'dry' as it should.

When my dishwasher stop working I decided to get another Bosch. This one is very quiet, I like everything about hope to have it for at least 15 + years.

This Bosch Dishwasher is so quite we never really hear it running even at night. The door panel makes it look just like part of the island cabinets. Thanks BG

Wanted a dishwasher that cleaned well, and this does. I have had a Bosch dishwasher for for the last 15 years.

What a great dishwasher and the custom panel option helps make it blend into the rest of the kitchen.

Bosch makes great dishwashers. This was to replace a 25+ year old one.

Purchased a Bosch dishwasher and the sales experience was very positive. When installer arrived to do install he wasn’t aware that this was a panel ready dishwasher so was unable complete install. Second install team came a week later and pointed out we had been sold an ADA dishwasher which was several inches less tall than our prior dishwasher and would make panel install difficult. We tried to get the right sized dishwasher and we’re told it would be three weeks before we could get this model but there was the model we wanted at the local Best Buy Outlet. We ended up buying a lower level dishwasher at the Outlet and arranged for the install. When the install team arrived they told us the required panel hardware was missing - something that was not noted on the sales receipt or on the price tag. A fourth install was arranged after our sales contact had Bosch overnight the necessary hardware. After nearly a month our dishwasher was installed and operational. Our sales contacts (Jeff and Frank) we’re very responsive throughout the process but the bottom line is we were without a dishwasher for nearly a month due to the wrong washer being sold to us. On the install side it was a mixed bag of experience - 2 seemed to know what they were doing, the other two didn’t. Not sure we’ll buy another appliance at Best Buy - only reason we would is sales team tried to make things right after the initial screw up.

Replaced an old paneled dishwasher with this as limited choices. Old one had heating element and dried great this one does not.

Works awesome! We love it. Would buy it all over again.

When our six year old Monogram Dishwasher failed and the repairs were going to cost more than $1,000, we headed to Best Buy for a replacement. Monogram were unavailable so the salesperson sold us a panel ready Bosch lo be delivered and installed in two weeks. The night before the delivery they called to cancel because they didn't have the dishwasher. They reordered it but, without telling us, they ordered an ADA compliant unit which, when it was delivered two weeks later, couldn't take the panel because of the size of the unit. Finally, after another two weeks, they delivered the correct unit. Six weeks to get a dishwasher in America? The worst customer service we've ever experienced. Lies, incompetence, more lies and CYA and finally tomorrow, a handyman is coming to put the panel on because as you might guess, Best Buy doesn't do that. I wouldn't purchase any product from Best Buy ever again. Buyer beware!

The new Bosch dishwasher is amazing. Replacing the same model only never, better and more quiet!

Dishwasher is silent and works as expected. It was installed by our contractor; it took time but it was done smoothly.
