Our dishwasher broke weeks after purchasing it. We've had Bosch send techs out twice - one that couldn't fix the issue and had to order a part, and one that showed up by mistake a week later thinking he was just there to diagnose. We still don't know where the part is, Bosch doesn't know where it is, and it takes them over a week to send a new tech each time. Our dishwasher has now been broken for longer than it worked. Buying this was a mistake and their support should have fully replaced the unit by now. We now own a $1400 drying rack.

It cleans dishes perfectly. I was concerned that the dishwasher would be too small. Due to the way the kitchen flooring was installed, I needed a dishwasher smaller than the standard in order to avoid redoing the floor. However, placing utensils on the 3rd rack is the most efficient way to utilize the space, which is sufficient to meet the needs of washing bulky dishware and cookware.

Great dishwasher. It's hard to find an ADA compliant dishwasher that will fit our cabinet. This one fits, it does a great job and it's super quiet. The only time I hear it is when the water is discharging into the drain. It's a good thing it has a light shining on the floor when it's running, otherwise I wouldn't know it.

This is the best dishwasher I've ever owned. So quiet I would never know it's running if it weren't for the red indicator light that shines down on the floor.

The rack is not ideal for most dishes. Although very quiet you have no idea if it's done or not as there's no indicator light - unbelievable for the top of the line Bosch dishwasher. It only took 5 times to get it installed - they broke the first one, couldn't get it out, didn't have the right parts and on and on. The dishwasher is Ok but I would not recommend using Best Buy for any major appliances based on my history.

Enjoy this version of Bosch dishwasher as well as well as its predecessor. Extremely quiet. Appreciate the third shelf. Was concerned because of the shortened height necessary to fit our kitchen, but the ADA height is perfect.

Terrible overall experience. This is not the first time. Ordered a dish washer. It wasn’t delivered no explanation. Had to wait a week for the delivery, only for them to not show up again. It takes at least 15 minutes to get through on the phone. It’s been weeks and they just keep saying your dish washer is showing out for delivery.

Cleans great. The interior layout is different than other brands and takes a little getting used to. Otherwise, a great machine.

Love our Bosch. This is our second Bosh. It is so quiet and we love the new red light at the bottom of the dishwasher to let us know it is running.

The dishwasher itself is excellent; runs silent, washes well and dries fantastically. However, Best Buy's installation and follow-up service has been terrible. After Best Buy's service installed the dishwasher and left, I noticed a prominent ding on the control panel, and the kick-plate hadn't been installed. Calling Best Buy's service line did get a discount for the ding, and a promise of a new plate - which still hasn't arrived after almost 6 months, several calls to the service line (who promised to send) and two visits to the store (who told me they couldn't do anything, and to call the service line). I've just now spent another 1 hour and 6 minutes on the phone with the service line, been told I need to contact the manufacturer and make a warranty claim, and then given the runaround when wanting to speak to a supervisor, who told me that Best Buy can't help me! Abysmal service.

$1400 brand new dishwasher stopped working shortly after installation and Best Buy refuses to offer any assistance. I was enjoying this dishwasher when it is working but now it is barely functional and randomly stops running. I was told by Best Buy representative that came to my home to inspect my non-functional dishwasher that Best Buy should replace it however when I called Best Buy to follow up on my replacement options they are giving me the run around and I am left with a $1400 paperweight instead of a dishwasher. I would recommend avoiding this dishwasher and only buying from a retailer with decent customer service.
