Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.$1400 brand new dishwasher stopped working shortly after installation and Best Buy refuses to offer any assistance. I was enjoying this dishwasher when it is working but now it is barely functional and randomly stops running. I was told by Best Buy representative that came to my home to inspect my non-functional dishwasher that Best Buy should replace it however when I called Best Buy to follow up on my replacement options they are giving me the run around and I am left with a $1400 paperweight instead of a dishwasher. I would recommend avoiding this dishwasher and only buying from a retailer with decent customer service.

Adaptable Dishwasher for Lower Countertops

Also really appreciate the 3rd rack up top for smaller items like forks and spoons.

The 3rd rack for silverware frees up space on bottom rack. Although it comes with a silverware basket if you wish to use that option. It is super quiet.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.obviously engineered well and superb cleaning performance you can expect in this price range, all that seems defeated by an awful rack design, the prongs really don't even align on one level so you cannot put small bowls and plates in there very easily and the spacing and alignment on the lower rack seems illogical. Seems a better design would have allowed it to hold much more and that upper silverware rack seems worthless. I guess I never really thought to look at the rack design but I think I could have got better functionality from a unit half that price
