Disappointed that it is not holding the temperature that we set it at. Oven was set to 375 degrees and it was fluctuating from 325-375. We had a much cheaper Whirlpool over which didn't have this problem. Totaltech is coming out to look at it...hoping they can fix the issue.

Oven didn't work after being installed.

Best Buy customer service told us it would be 30 days or more to get a replacement. We had it removed are bought another brand.

2 ovens Great for the holidays

There is a design flaw in that when oven is on and fan runs it blows hot air into your face/eyes as that is where vent openings are. My other ovens blew the air out the bottom, which is surely preferable. Bosch really needs to correct this. Oddly, 3 hrs after turned oven off, still very very warm inside. Haven't experienced this with other brands and will check with Bosch if it should do this.. LOVE the telescoping rack, makes lifting heavy dishes out over the open door a breeze. Easy touch buttons and operating is simple. Will update on temp accuracy/stability, pre heat time, convection cooking and self clean when I use them. So far, overall pleased.

I paid for service and they said it can not be repaired even even though the oven typically 15 years. They said I can buy a new Bosch oven.

What good is an oven that cannot handle a temperature of 425 degrees or complete a self clean cycle because it overheats? This is a premium brand and it performs worse than a low end brand. I will never but Bosch again.

It is now failing again. Do I repair it yet again or just give up and buy a different brand? It also has never held a consistent temperature. I know ovens cycle on and off, but the temperature swings in ours has been 80 plus degrees. I would definitely not recommend to anyone.
