This is a great dishwasher, cleans very well and is so quiet you really have to listen to be sure it's running. My only complaint with this dishwasher is the bottom rack. It does not stay on the track very well and has no stops so it can easily come off the track. It is especially difficult to get the rack back on track when it is full. The side silverware holder is also a little difficult to use. The slots are not big enough for some pieces.

Glasses and other dishes come out spotless. Glad I upgradeed from the base model and got one that has dryer option. Also since I live alone, I am glad that it has a rinse option. So I don't have to do a bunch of small half loads...I use the rinse cycle a couple of days for litey used dishes til I fill it. The run it on auto and the whole load comes out shiney.

This unit was bought as a replacement. I can't say it works any better than my previous dishwasher, and it does not hold as much. I actually read the manual before first use, and have loaded the dishwasher as suggested, but one plate came out clean but broken - how that happened baffles me, since it was not a heavy load of dishes. I expected the Bosch to be much quieter, and I will say that the motor is very quiet but there is still a lot of water noise when the unit is in wash cycle or draining. Also, I was accustomed to a dishwasher with heat-drying, so this one takes getting used to. I end up drying nearly everything that comes out after washing. For the cost, I would have been better off with another choice.

Were very happy with this dishwasher! We shopped on-line and looked at several name brad ones, but very happy we decided on this one!

About 2 months now...all is well and very satisfied with this upgrade.

It's so nice to have a brand name dishwasher that exceeded my expectations. Nothing is dirty.

It is a very good machine. Would buy another in the future. Super quiet, but the only noise you hear is the sounds of the water filling and draining which sound like the water is leaking but other than that it is a very good dishwasher.

It is taking time to learn how to run it but so far so good.

Happy with performance and it looks great! I suddenly needed a replacement dishwasher and got this at a great price with free installation.

I exchanged it for a whirlpool dishwasher. This one was too expensive and I read a bunch of bad reviews on here. I also didnt like the handles design.

We are happy with the dishwasher. We found the employees at our local Best Buy very helpful and courteous, but had a frustrating experience dealing with the home office over a problem with our scheduled delivery and installation date. Even after the problem was resolved (again by the helpful local employees) we received several phone calls and e-mails from the home office, who hadn't figured out that our dishwasher was installed and working just fine.

Only had it a short time and really like it.dishes are clean and dry.

It's a good dishwasher. Not amazing. The dishes will still be wet unless we put it on extra shine. Even then they aren't completely dry.

Great machine. Never here it running good thing the red light is on when its washing. Easy to load and washes various sizes of dishes pots and pans. Glad I made this choice.

We were attracted to Bosch because of their good reviews and quiet machines. I was a bit reluctant because I felt I could find a decent machine for less, but we decided to treat ourself. The machine is super quiet and has a red LED that shines on the floor to let you know it is running. It does a good job of cleaning and has very useful space for dishes and can be packed with a lot. Now to some minor announces; first it takes a long time to run through the cycle. Next even with heated drying it still leaves a little water on the upper spray arm so that when you pull out the upper tray water drips on the freshly dried dishes. Next the machine needs to be turned off after the cycle completes, rather stupid, it is done, it knows it is done, why make me turn it off. And finally while it is an efficient machine there is no option to air dry the dishes. My old machine was old and noisey, but the cycle was shorter and allowed me to air dry, thus likely using less energy.
