Needed a dishwasher right away. Walked into Best Buy and there it was. So far we love how well it cleans up the dishes.

I had purchased a new Samsung dishwasher in January. It never seemed to dry as good as it should. It quit working and after 2 Samsung technicians, it still didn't work. Replaced it with the Bosch which I like so so much better.

Have been a Bosch customer for many years. Wouldn't buy anything else when it comes to dishwashers.

Well this dishwasher was broken from the get go. It had a bad pump that geek squad couldn't fix. So I had to return it and got a different brand. This dishwasher doesn't have heated dry, you need to use the drying solution to get it as dry as possible.

We can hardly hear it except when it is done and keeps beeping to turn it off.

Love that this is super super quiet. Also love the floor light indicator. Super sleek design. Love that I cannot see the buttons.

The dish washer is quite, like the red eye telling it is running a cycle.

This would have been a great dwasher, but damaged.

My family of 5 puts this to the test and it handles everything with ease. It is easy to use and very quiet.

On the positive side, the machine is quiet. But the strong negative is that it leaves the dishes, glasses, and silverware wet, even when the "extra dry" feature is used. It is a disappointment.

Cleaned great. Broke after a month with an E24 code. Bosch customer service said it would take two weeks to get service. Not pleased with Bosch.

. I have a Bosch Dishwasher SHX4AT55UC i ordered (0049 020 2790) through best buy and have had since 12/31/2013. The last two weeks the dishwasher has smelled musty/moldy. I have re-ran the exhaust line to ensure a high loop, about 16" above the drain. I have been running rinse cycles every day to try to keep fresh water in there, leaving door cracked open to dry, ran it with ammonia in it, left it to dry with baking soda, wiped down the seals with a towel. Nothing is helping, if anything, the stench is stronger. All of our cabinets now smell musty from the "clean dishes". I'm very unhappy with this dishwasher. What else can I do? UPDATE: I have purchased every dishwasher cleaning agent from the store and have used 2 of them in the past couple of days. Smell is better, but if this is the "solution", do not buy. Geek squad is scheduled to come out and assist

This is my second Bosch dishwasher and it is better and quieter than the one purchased in 1997. I like the shelf layout on the bottom and the many ways glasses and other items can be arranged on the top shelf. Specifically, the silverware basket located to the side of the bottom basket is most efficient for placing items to be washed.

This thing has broken 5 times in 2 years. It is amazingly quiet and works well....when it works..Unfortunately that is rare. ugh. Really disappointed in Bosch. I would have expected more from them. I typically love their brand but Ive seriously begun to question their quality. This is a lemon and should have been replaced at no cost.

initially would like to purchase a dishwasher which would do the work but eventually can't resist the beauty and bought this one. looks nice but haven't tested the functionality.
