This dishwasher was a replacement for a Monogram one that broke after only 3 years. I did my research and chose this one due to good reviews on cleaning and durability. I have only had it about 1 month but so far I am very happy with this appliance. It does an excellent job of cleaning dishes, cutlery and glassware.

Not happy with the small flatware container. Not happy that the 3rd small rack - I don't feel is necessary - it reduces the overal capacity of the rest of interior space for taller items.

We replaced this model for an older Bosch dishwasher that wasn’t working properly and was 10-15 years old. The new model is even quieter and I love that it turns completely off when the cycle is complete. The only downside is the smaller utensil tray but I kept my old one when I recycled the old Bosch. It works perfectly. I don’t know why Bosch downsized it. The third level was an absolute must as I made full use of it in my 3rd shelf.

So many issues. First, the door is cheaply made and misaligned. Second, the first time I filled up the rinse dispenser, it completely leaked down the door. The reason is it isn't properly sealed. There is no way for me to fix it and thus can't use any rinse. Third, my online purchased qualified for a $100 rebate. I provided all the necessary documents including the serial number and copy of my online invoice / receipt. They refused to accept the receipt and claim I must somehow get the major big box store to personally send them an email for proof of purchase.

Disappointed with salesman and installation. No one told us that it would not hook up to our current water system. We were told that we would need to cut a hole in our basement ceiling.
