As a frequent traveler, it turns out I'd become quite adjusted to the incessant roar of aircraft engines. What a delight to discover the clarity of actually desired sounds (music and movies) and the wonderful sense of quiet produced by my new Bose headphones. I'd long resisted spending the money, but now consider it totally worthwhile. Only one small hitch prevents me from a 5 star rating; the too-short charging cord is rather inconvenient.

There's no comparison. These are by far the best headphones on the market. When I say best. I mean BEST!!!!

I purchased these as a gift for my husband who is a dj and hads a collection of earphones. Lets just say he he uses these even to just watch netfliks he loves them soo much hes happy with the way he is not disturbed with the noisesi make while hes enjoing music or netflix.

Best headphones I've purchased in a while! I'm an engineering student and tend to work in a noisy place where people of all degrees congregate. Since buying these headphones, my productivity level has sky rocketed! You can barely hear anything going on around you, and the quality of the music you hear is great.

Review NR headphones before buying, I looked and looked to find a pair for less money and the quality is just not there so buying these for my gal that doesn't use them near as mush as I do mine was still justified! Bose is great about backing the product as well, hands down a great purchase

I have been using an older pair of Bose headphones & felt it was time to upgrade. This new pair is Awesome & I love the noise canceling button. You can clearly hear the difference when you turn the switch on. Great Product, Bose & thank you, Best Buy for selling this brand.

Great noise canceling headphones, and would not change it for any other make. I travel a lot for work, and keep the noise canceling feature on most of the time while in the plane, even if I am not listening or watching anything, to avoid hearing the noise of the plane.

These headphones have very good sound. Good bass and treble. Very good midrange. The noise-cancellation is even better. Airplanes and coffee shops are very different, but they handle both situations. And the price just dropped big time. If you don't need cordless, get these.

They really do filter out most of the noise. I debated between over the ear and buds. Ended up with these - but I think the other ones would be handier for travel. the case isn't large - but large enough that I clip it on the outside of my bag

I am really happy with these headphones. Great at cancelling the background noise. If someone is talking in a close vicinity you can still hear them, but if your in another room and want to cancel out the background noise these are great. I purchased them for studying and I am very pleased with this purchase.

i have had other sound cancelling headphones but none of them come even close to the quiet listening environment of the bose 25 headphones. in an airplane i only hear music, and good quality music.

I purchased these headphones for my wife after getting the ask black ones for myself. She loved that the east cups were camel color to better hind any discoloration add the headphones age. The color setup is great and the sound is superb not to mention the sound cancelation, best on the market.

They fit comfortably and the sound quality is very good. I still like the Dre headphones more overall though.

I got this before a flight to Chicago. I put them on once I boarded and the engine noise disappeared! I actually did get to sleep a little on the plane (never happens) because the background noise was dissipated!

I did not rate 5 starts for the product because it's almost not usable without a battery. So make sure that you have a spare battery when you travel.

I love the leather and swede these have, they are great for airline travel and come with a sharp looking case.

I fly almost weekly for my job and love these head phones. Unlike other headphones and any ear buds, these cancel the background noise and engine noise so I can easily hear the movie I'm watching. Before these I'd often struggle to hear and understand the movie I was watching.
