sound quality and noise cancelling are excellent. They do a great job cancelling the noise at Starbucks. the best part, did not have to pay allot to get good quality.

great set of earbuds, the noise cancelling worked perfectly, no airplane noise at all !! after a 9 hour flight they did get a bit heavy in the ear. over all a very nice set of earbuds, I defiantly would recommend these. also the shopping online at Best Buy was very easy and convenient

The noise cancelling and sound quality are superb on these earbuds. Noise cancelling blocks out pretty much the surrounding environment and I really enjoy the quality of sound these put out. However, the major downside to these earbuds are the connectivity and phone call quality. The earbuds sometimes would not connect to my phone when I place them in my ear. They wouldn’t even turn on. Almost all the time they would turn off when I have them in my ear. Occasionally they would reconnect but most of the time I would have to take them out of my ear, put them back in their case, and back in my ear. And the cycle would happen every so often. Phone calls with these earbuds are also very poor. The other person will have a very hard time hearing you if you use these during a call. They say they hear a lot of background noise and hardly your voice. They only work well if you’re in a very quiet environment and you’re talking with an elevated voice. I really wish Bose would address the issues but until then, I may look for a different product.

Simple and work great! I have both these and bose pro2, and these definitely do the job for when i dont have my others! Noise canceling works great, ambient is decent,but for the price you can't beat this.

I've had these Bose earbuds for a couple of weeks and I'm thoroughly satisfied with them. The sound quality is excellent I can hear every nuanced sound within the music. The app is also filled with extra features that you can use to get the exact sound out of the earbuds.

They really deserve 3-1/2 stars. Every time they come out with a new line of headphones the previous app no longer works. Sound is awesome but the reason for the rating is because of the stupid stability bands that keep coming off when you pull them out. Fit is only a little better after the previous QC buds

I have had about every version of Bose earbuds, and these are by far the best. They have a small profile and they connect instantly when taken out of the perfectly sized case. They fit well and never fall out. Bose nailed it with these!

In addition to the great Bose quality sound, these earbuds have some of the best noise canceling I’ve come across.

These are awesome for working out and it's very comfy and the sound is crisp.
