Just enough bass for effect but don't expect room rattling. Only negatives are no Dolby Atmos and you can't add a subwoofer. Side note, the remote is 3x bigger than it needs to be.

It’s got volume, but I was really looking for an impact on sound quality. It wasnt bad though. I have a good TV. I ended up returning the sound bar. I’ll need the large Bose setup to really make a difference in sound quality.

For what, I ask, is it universal? That said, I can use the remote to turn the sound bar on and off and manipulate the volume. That's all, folks!
