    Did not work as a center speaker, must be used as stand alone. Already haver 4 bose speakers and Bose sub, could not use this with stereo receiver. Returned for a refund.

    Entry level BOSE.. don’t expect much!!!

    Don’t compare with other BOSE high-end speaker systems. This one is pretty basic and provides decent sound only and the price is also entry-level. At this price better to go for Samsung or LG; you will be glad.

    These are minimally better than stock tv speakers. My main reason for buying them were that my stock speakers did blow out, and the only other option was buying a new tv. The sound functions have minimal effect on the overall sound.

    Even though clarity was excellent the volume & bass was lower than expected. Also it does not have HDMI output, so Arc to TV is not possible, which means I can't control volume with my TV's remote

    Sound Bar is average. It has slighly better sound than directly out of the TV. The sound has some more depth but it is no surround sound. I am going to purchase other speakers to complete the sound experience that I am looking for.

    I love the sound, especially the option where the clarity of spoken words are enhanced. However, the remote feels awkward in the hand (can't tell which way is up) and the buttons don't light up. Not very cool when room lighting is low.

    I bought this as something to help watching TV at night when kids were sleeping. It was way to hard to hear voices at low levels. Ended up swapping out for a 3 channel soundbar

    I do like this unit, as I have a lot of Bose products. However, this little one lacks bass. I recommend for small rooms, maybe for hosting, definitely not for a group movie night. This one is in my kitchen/dining room.

    Bought this because of name brand and reviews. Got it home and was disappointed within 48 hours. Sound was ok, had to use the remote as it doesnt sync with tv or cable.. That only was frustrating.. brought it back!

    The sound quality of a Bose is always great; however the setup is not for this product. Certainly could have been the smart TV or the user, but have to use 3 remotes vs just one for things to work.

    I did not think I got the clear filling sound from a Bose. So I returned it a got a Sonos soundbar. I love Bose, but Sonos soundbar blows you mind away.

    Definitely improves the sound quality compared to the tv speakers but really expected better from a company like Bose. Not upset about buying it but not impressed. Overall, it's very good.

    I took the Bose bar home and hooked up to my Samsung TV and was expecting a sound that was out of this world. Unfortunately, my TV speaker pumped out the better sound quality.

    Time to replace my old five piece speaker system (generic brand), went with Bose because of all the reviews and quality. Doesn't sound anything like the store demo and cannot adjust bass as it says you can. Not impressed.

      If you'd like assistance with getting the most with your new Solo system, feel free to give us a call at 1-800-379-2073. Below are the settings for adjusting the bass:

      On the remote control, press the Bass button. The status indicator blinks white three times
      Press + to increase bass
      Press - to decrease bass
      Press the Bass button to exit the bass adjustment mode. The status indicator blinks white three times and the system saves your settings Bose

    Sound bar works great no issues. Only reason it's not 5 star is because my LG tv is louder then the soundbar. We expected to be louder. My dads RCA soundbar is louder. We love Bose so we decided to still keep it.

    My husband spent hours trying to get it the remote synced with our TV and finally gave up and returned it. Chose a different brand that set up quickly. Still, I'm sure we would have liked it.

    So so disappointed in this purchase. The sound quality is very poor and tinny. Hard to believe this is a Bose product. Sounds more like a generic speaker.

    We bought just this sound bar. It didn’t get very loud at all. I think it’s meant to work with the whole Bose system. We took it back and went with Visio.
