I love the performance of the sound bar, however, it's supposed to sync to the TV so I can just use one remote and I wasn't able to do it despite many attempts.

I bought this soundbar online yesterday and picked it up at the store. The sound was so plain as the bass was not just enough after increasing it to the maximum. I am definitely returning this. I guess when company that makes high end products tries to make cheap ones they make them so horrible so that you can buy the expensive ones.

I have had Bose speakers for the last 20 years. I have an all Bose surround sound that cranks through the entire house. I was pretty disappointed in this product. The sound quality isn’t that good and it’s not that loud when you crank it up. It was very difficult trying to find a website that has the remote control codes. I would not recommend this product.

I know, it's Bose and every Bose product is overpriced. But the sound quality of this soundbar barely beat my Samsung TV speaker. I used it for just a little over 1 year and replaced it with a Vizo sound system. Now I wish someone could have told me not to buy Solo 5 in the first place because it sounds like garbage comparing to other soundbars / sound systems

Speaker was not loud enough as people could still speak over it very easily... on BT mode while playing music the quality sounded horrible as it's only 2- 1inch woofers and the remote is complicated ... it's a sound bar it should only have volume up and down ... source and maybe different audio settings remote has about 40 buttons and bulky ...also you can't turn the sound bar on without the remote

I would also recommend that you perform a reset via turning off the product and disconnecting it from power for 1 minute before reconnecting the power cord and attempting to use the system again.

The speaker is a 2.0 channel speaker system which does not feature surround sound effect implementation. It is only capable of distribution a left and right stereo audio field.

I was excited about getting this soundbar but when I get home open the box try to pair there was no remote in the box., I was so disappointed I had to return it, then they told it actually says it on the box. No it didn’t where she showed it says it. Not even a computer would be able to read it. I just took her word for it guess. But I really liked it and it was the last one.

I have a bose Cinemate GS II and love it and other systems by Bose. I love Bose but this unit is very weak and would only work in a small room.
