    Bose sound bar unsatisfactory for many reasons.

    Made very little different in sound quality, and the universal remote--froze pictures on cable stations if you went to HD. The remote not as flexible as the cable remote--so you still to use both I need clarity in the spoken word--the Bose did not deliver--I really wanted it to work--disappointed--still searching.

    I thought this would be great with the name brand of Bose. This is not a good buy at any price sound is great but it can not hold a connections and you are limited on the volume (it stays very low) I love Bose products and have many of them but this one is not worthy of the Bose name.

      Reset your product by following these steps:
      • Turn the product off
      • Unplug the power cord from the power outlet. Wait 1 minute
      • Reconnect the power cord
      • Retest the system

    Not enough volume

    Somewhat disappointed in the maximum volume setting, there are times when I want more volume and it is already maxed out. Another short coming is that you can't tell where you are at on the volume setting, there is no indicator. I do like the size and light weight, but would have preferred more volume ability!

    Sounds better at the store, at home it was tin canny. Best to go with the big Bose setup and a sub-woofer.

    Ok in size & look, but not in sound surprisingly

    For a "name brand" such as Bose, I expected a product unsurpassed in sound and fullness. I have a Bose stereo and CD deck now, and it has a much fuller sound to it. I've had the product in question for approximately 3 weeks now and am planning on taking it back to Best Buy to exchange for another type ... provided of course, that Best Buy will allow me to do that.

    Bose disappointed

    After reading the reviews I hesitated purchasing this Bose sound bar, but bought it anyway. This Bose is disappointing in sound, missing base, etc. There are cheaper ones that sound better, but I purchased because of ease of installation, however, still unable to link it with my other remotes. I will use it in a bedroom and probably purchase a Sonos when able to.
