This Bose is disappointing in sound, missing base, etc. There are cheaper ones that sound better, but I purchased because of ease of installation, however, still unable to link it with my other remotes. I will use it in a bedroom and probably purchase a Sonos when able to.

All functions of universal remote do not work

I assumed since it was a Bose product, it was more than likely the power supply, but according to my volt meter that's still supplying 20volts power so the sound bar itself appears to be dead. Hugely disappointing for a Bose product, my first and probably last! It has some quirks that are rather irritating as well. It doesn't stay on the settings you leave it when you turn it on again. You have to re-set bass, voice enhance...really annoying...plus it didn't come with a wall bracket to mount it.
