Sorry that you were disappointed with the bass response of your system, did you know you can adjust the audio equalization controls via the remote control?
- On the remote control, press the Bass button: The light on the speaker blinks white three times
- Press the + or - button to increase or decrease the amount of bass

I’m very disappointed in Bose. I thought they were supposed to be a leader in electronics. It’s a shame they charge so much for TV’s theses days and can’t put good speakers in them.

Sound bar does an excellent job being a sound bar and major improvement from my TV speakers. I do not hear any static or unwanted noises from sound bar. Still sounds good when played loud. Not too big, not too expensive, and easy to hook up and use. So far I have no issues. Great sound bar.

It's half the price and it comes with a sound bar, a Bluetooth bass and two other smaller speakers

It was not much louder then the TV when bar was as loud it would go. TV went louder then soundbar. I did connect it to Bluetooth to my iPhone and it was slightly better but not what I was hoping for.

I own many Bose products and I was disappointed with the quality it put out... I had it up as far as it would go and it still sounded almost identical to the tvs regular output speakers... bose was just a name on the product. I took it back.

The volume of the sound was very low (and could not be raised) so I had to return it. The unit had very little capability in creating a stereo effect as the speaker sound appeared to be in mono.
