Very easy to set up right out of the box. All cables and and connections needed are included. Well designed remote control that will really allow you to consolidate all the other remotes in your system. (tv, cable box, and dvd player), Was looking for a compact soundbar system with a minimal amount of equipment for set up, a reasonable foot print, and capable of creating minimal clutter. Upon first set-up I must admit I was a bit disappointed in the level of the sound volume. After a quick call to Boise customer support I was instructed to connect the soundbar optical cable to my cable box instead of the television itself. That's was the trick. What a big difference. Now I have ample sound and a lot more volume. I am sure that there are more elaborate systems out there with sub woofers and additional speakers. However, this well manufactured Boise provides plenty of great sound for this consumer. Highly recommend.

Original price was $299 and when I bought it, it was reduce to $199. I was so disappointed at how this product only sells for its brand not the quality! I immediately returned this product and got myself a Vizio Soundbar with subwoofer and two rear speakers for just 40$ more which was about $250 and it sounds wayyyyyy better then the Bose. Don’t buy this product

Less than 2 months old and stopped working. Shut itself off and will not come on. Being handicapped does not allow me to return it to the store in the town next to where I live. Not sure how to return it so looks like I’m out my $200.00.
Be careful what you buy. Best Buy has really let me down. Back to Amazon for me.

This product is piece of trash - don't waste your money. The optical connection did not work, it wont turn on - basically I was sold a trash product. What goes around comes around - I can't return it because I find it impossible to pack it in its original state. I hope BOSE and Best Buy goes under water under current economy.

I bought this TV soundbar for my mom as the one she had was terrible. This Bose soundbar doesn't sound a whole lot better than what she had and was a lot more expensive. She has an LG smart TV that is only a couple years old so I expected the Bose soundbar would make a much bigger difference in the sound quality.

This unit DID NOT make my TV sound $250 better. It barely made a difference. The universal remote was only partially compatible with my TV, therefore adding one more remote to the stack. The "voice" setting didn't make dialog any more clear, which is why I purchased it. Took it back!
